    I have a dip suggestion for you. Have you ever had taco dip?
    16 oz (455 g) brick-style cream cheese softened to room temperature
    2 cups (450 g) sour cream
    4 Tablespoons (30 g) taco seasoning (this is a 1 oz packet of premade taco seasoning or you can use your favorite homemade recipe)
    1 cup finely chopped lettuce
    4 Roma tomatoes seeds removed, chopped into small pieces
    ½ cup (65 g) sliced olives
    sliced jalapenos, pickled or fresh for topping, optional
    1 ¼ cup (145 g) finely shredded sharp cheddar or mexican cheese
    Serve with Quest chips, pork rinds or corn chips for the non keto people
    Instructions
    Combine softened cream cheese and sour cream in a large bowl and stir together until creamed and well-combined (I like to use my electric mixer just to make sure there are no lumps).
    Add taco seasoning and stir well.
    Spread mixture evenly into a 9-10" pie dish or sheet pan
    Top mixture with shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes, olives, jalapenos (if using) and finally evenly sprinkle with shredded cheese.
    Enjoy

    Terriii I love seeing what you're up to...
    This Christmas I'm more loose in what I choose from food, but only because I trust myself. Hope I don't trick anyone.
    I saw your morning speech yesterday and we also have such a way of speaking in Danish. I see it in a way where the journey is important because you learn (get experience) so that you can then prepare for the next journey. Your next journey has now become finding yourself in the lovely home you have, and how you make it YOURS.
    Quote:
    The journey gives you the experience you have to use while you continue a new journey that provides learning..
    It is truly an honor for me to be allowed to be a part of your Journey...

    I greatly enjoy as your channel has expanded to more about your daily life. I'm still stuck at a weight for a few months, but honest with myself that I still want to keep in my keto treats. They are keeping me sane right now. My blood sugar is back to almost normal with eating low carb. I need to watch some of your playlists from your weight loss days.

    • @terrileist
      @terrileist  18 днів тому

      That’s so exciting that your blood sugar is getting leveled out!!!! That’s so huge and totally worth the scale stall for now. I’m so happy for you.

    Hi Terri, I really enjoy watching your videos. I don't normally comment but I hated to clean out my air fryer as well, so I have been adding aluminum foil to the top of my air fryer for years and have had no problems. This way you don't have to wash the tray/grate unless the aluminum foil tares, and it prevents drippings from getting in the bottom of the air fryer.

    Ran & I have been discussing about going back to the old fashioned roller blinds. They are cleaner than the slats. Mom said this house already had these custom made blinds when she bought it. There's a fortune in blinds in this house, I know this because there is one in a bedroom that needs replaced and she about fainted when she hear the price for a replacement blind 😂😂😂

      The ones in my back porch were so old they were breaking off without me even touching them. I agree, they are less dusty and would be a great alternative to certain rooms to help when it's night time and i don't want someone seeing me all nakkie.

      after i made it, i called my mom to get the full instructions and she said i should have left the bacon and grease in the warmed skillet, and added the sugar substitute and vinegar, so it all warmed up together.
      when i added it to the cabbage it was cool so nooooo wilting. I'll know for next time though!

    • @gidget8717

      @terrileist now, dad didn't like the sugar & vinegar added, he just like the sizzling hot bacon fat poured over his cabbage and onions. You could try taking a piece of pork belly and cut it into bite size pieces, frying them up and pouring the hot fat & meat over your cabbage & onions. Now I'm hungry 🤤🤣

    Here's an idea for when you go to Lambert's. You could film it without sound (if the restaurant is loud), then when you edit, do a voice over. That's what this one lady does that I watch.When her family goes out to a loud restaurant, but she wants to film so she can share it. I don't know. What the heck am I saying - I don't even know how you'all film, edit and post UA-cam videos. It all sounds too daunting to me. Ha Ha. And look, I'm trying to give you tips. If that don't beat all. Right? Ha Ha Ha

    • @terrileist
      @terrileist  19 днів тому

      Well….unused to have 1, when I had an allergy dog and was feeding her raw in the early 2000’s.
      Then when I moved to my house and went carnivore I bought a 1/4 cow and thought I’d be doing it all of the time, so I got another chest freezer real cheap.
      Now I just keep them and use one for the ground meat and one for things that are like roasts and burger patty’s, and such. If I can get more of the ground beef from a couple years ago eaten, I’d like to just have 1 freezer, but it sure makes a good table, ha!
