Hi I know it takes time. I really can't wait to see the finished product. 😊 you have done a lot of hours on it .but there will be no mice. To get in your camper. 👍 you and your helpers .all did a vary good job in helping you but I see you did most of the work 😉. U know u heard me say this to you .I'm proud of you. I really am .God bless you 🙏. Your friend pat. For ever.👍✔️
Looking good, relatively new to this channel, quite an interesting little caravan, be great to see it get through various stages to completion… Forgive me mentioning as I haven’t seen all the vid’s but the 2x big rectangular holes you filled are vents for a fridge, which I see you are fitting a fridge, I know from my Campervan the fridge needs ventilation at the rear…just to mention…🤔
totally get where you're coming from! and welcome :) but the vents are for propane fridges and I'm putting a modern day fridge in, so 3 inches of space around it is enough so I hear!
@@OnlyCampers yes that’s all good, it’s when you lock up on a hot day, my Camper is then trying to cool a 12v fridge with warm air, but yeh see how it goes…🤞
@@OnlyCampers The type of sander I used was a air sander which requires a compressor and hard and soft hand sanding blocks for edges and tuff to get places. When it comes to painting if your going to paint it where it is, make sure you wet down the ground and tarp it and seal it up as best possible that way you won't have to much dust landing on the paint job, even go as far to spray water on the tarp walls just before painting to keep dust away. Hope this helps.
okay good to know, even with all og my efforts, there was still a lot of texture, so thats why I ask. Looks like it boils down to me improving my skills!@@truthfinder55maine8
Great video👍👍👍👍
Thank you !

not a rv koeling butt looking good. keep doing good work
Doing a nice job Ellie, I understand the sanding, I sanded cars for a living in my younger years, very time consuming and boring. Lol
hey, thanks! What type of sander did you use? wondering if my next project should be done with a belt sander.

@@OnlyCampers Belt sander is good for flat surface and wood, it's best to stay with the disk sander.
@@OnlyCampers If you are not already aware of this, make sure you use wax and grease remover, wipe the whole surface with it just before painting.

That fridge is awesome ! Looking forward to the paint stage . Just primer is going to change the look of it 🦾✊🏼🍻
the primer is going to be sooooo satisfying 😌
Heya, I just bought a 1975 Boler, started demo today. I was wondering which brand/model of sander you're using? Thanks Ellie :)
good job body work is an art
it is, big props to those who can do it flawlessly. so far, that is absolutely not me haha
How do you stay so clean doing sanding fiberglass? I have done fiberglass boats and I am always covered in dust
honestly i bless the winds down in Africa. i mean Canada. there was always a light breeze fortunately
At least you're not having to sand it by hand, (yet). lol.
in hindsight it might have been smart actually, no joke haha
