1. Why is the bikini fairing not compatible wit this headlight conversion? 2. Do the headlight LEDs dance when you first turn on the motorcycle like we see in other reviews for this monster model conversion? I did not see them do that in this installation video. Thank you for your advice!
The bikini fairing mounting provisions were not carried over to the conversion bracketry due to it not going with the round headlight aesthetically. Only the Adaptive LED does the startup sequence, this was before the Adaptive light existed and the light shown is not adaptive.
It helps to have a friend sit on and hold the bike vertical. On level ground, 25 feet from a wall, measure from the ground to the center of the headlight. Place a mark on the wall at that same height (painters tape works great), adjust headlight to that height. Check out this how to - www.motorcyclistonline.com/how-to-aim-your-motorcycle-headlight/
Do you guys have any plans on a similar conversion for the yamaha FZs? it would be nice to get rid of those floppy horned oem front turn signals with an option like these.
+dudelikeomgz We are actually working on the FZ line. We've had multiple customers buy the headlight brackets/headlight to make their own "conversion" and they have had much success. Especially on the FZ-07's.
The biggest advantage would be ditching the poor performing reflective light unit for a modern projector based system. Instead of shining light into a mirror, these systems use solid optic projector lenses to project light forward exactly where a rider needs it. This allows for super wide low beam pattern that also stays on when the far projecting high beam is activated. Giving you the peripheral and distance vision you need when riding at night. In this video we show the Adaptive unit that takes it a step further by adding light to the inside of the corner while you lean. See all of the details here - bit.ly/mdmnstr
Joshua Wee we do not have one specifically for that model but we do carry the components to do it yourself. Feel free to shoot us an email to hello@motodemic.com for more help.
As amazing as this looks and i would probably opt for the standard led option instead of the adaptive i'm in need of an exhaust way before the light. Hopefully i can afford both this upcoming season. #Monster796soundslikeagolfcart.
The standard light works fine enough. I already got my exhaust and have developed a new love for my bike but the light needs to go as it looks out of place imo. The bike looks absolutely beautiful from the back and the sides but from the front it looks like some old bobber.
pierry recifal Je pense que vous pouvez vous tromper, les signaux sont connectés correctement. Peut-être que c'est la lueur sur l'objectif de la caméra.
Thanks Motodemic for the tutorial.
it's going to be very helpful when my headlight conversion arrives to Spain :)))
You guys are going to be big :)
+granjefeTATI thanks!
Amazing quality. Can't wait to order mine!!
Wondering if you need an led conversion kit on my 2009 monster? Idk if it already has it or not

Finished my install yesterday! My only lingering question is what angle should the headlight be pointed? More toward the ground or horizon leveled?

Akrapovic Slip-Ons
Do you know if the 1100 can accommodate your larger headlight like the one on the 821/1200?
The larger Classic housing does not work on the 696/796/1100 conversion.
You guys are awesome! Ill be ordering one as soon as finances allow!

good afternoon, do you do a kit for a 797 and also do you have a uk distributor ?
We do not have a kit for the latest Monsters yet but should have one available this summer. We do not have any stocking distributors in the UK.

will the stock nose fairing still fit with this headlight on?

Keep up the good work, Brad!
+CB650Ryan thanks!

Hi, nice video ! I have 2 questions : do you ship aboard for example in Europe ? If yes what’s the right headlight to buy for a monster 797 ? Thanks
chao wang we do ship worldwide and we will have an option for the 797 soon!
MOTODEMIC thanks ! Please let me know if the option for monster 797 is available cheers
Is this the same aaplication for 2013 monster 795 ?
Yes!
Is this a 5.75inch head light or a 7 inch head light?
7-inch
@@motodemic is there a problem with putting a 5.75inch headlight on there vs a 7inch?
@@nueveibarrathe kit was designed around a 7-inch, a 5 3/4 would be far too small.
Nice tutorial. Although, 800-1K for a headlight and some CNC is pretty keen, that's one third of the bike! Good luck.
beautiful! is there the same light for the 695? and also can you send it in Italy? because I live there :)
We do have an upgrade for the 695 - bit.ly/clscmnstr
We also ship internationally. 👍
thank you!
Wha's wrong with the 695 - the last Duc with a decent looking headlight.
@@lorenzomagazzeni5425 Old school halogen bulb and reflector not the best light output.
Where can I buy this?
when you will release a video on the Fz 07 installation?
shay maor FZ-07 is pretty straight forward, much like this install. Just remove the stock light, install fork rings and new headlight.

Wow, those tiny signals are very bright, how are they during the day? Visible from afar? I know the headlight is great! :-)
They work very well in the day. For their size, they are very bright and visible.

Should be 100% compatible.

Rebecca Weber we sure do! See the LED Headlight Upgrade for Ducati Monster & SportClassic motodemic.com/product-category/manufacturer/ducati/

Super nice looking.. not sure it's 700 dollar nice though
Steven Ferronato the price is greatly influenced by the light you choose. We only use premium products so you know you are getting what you pay for.
Japanese OK?
We carry SAE/DOT and ECE approved lights. We've shipped to Japan multiple times but check your local laws to make sure.

Thank you.
Is it possible to use in the country of the left side of the road?
Yes! ECE LHT on the LED Evo 2 and the Adaptive LED has a symmetrical pattern so it works on either side.
