Words can't describe how much I love this... LOVE this airport's variety and diversity. 0:49 pretty sweet shot of the TNT 747. Usually TAY11 is a 77F to EBLG. 1:51 Arik!! what a sweet turn... 3:34 Siegerflieger
1812AndMore It does indeed have the most amazing traffic in the Americas! 1993 was our 1st JFK and we've done many since and people never get tired of them :)
One the best Airport's airports around...JFK!!!...Well done Just Planes...10/10...You guys always bring the best Action to the table for both Cockpits & Airports...Thank you. :)
Yeah, it's cool how they look like they are going way to slow to possibly take off. Cause their so huge. Like the 747's too. Then they shoot strait up in the air. Where do they get the air speed?, is what I'm thinking...
exquisite video. my favorite airport to spot at. kennedy was my first airport to spot at more then 50 years ago, idlewild then. thank you so much for your hard work
Hello Justplanes. Will you make new videos of Qatar Airways? It would be very interesting to see A380,A350,787, 777 ect in action. You have experience with QTR, so the chances should be good. Also a new video of Cargolux would be nice
That first catch of the A380 landing on 13L is kinda rare! Thought A380's couldnt land on that runway cause the wingspan was too big and goes out onto the taxiway
Good video. Do you know of any American airlines who use the Airbus A380? Or is it still a predominantly European preference? I know some Asian companies are using them. in saying that I don't see many American companies using Airbus full stop!
***** Why is that, Bro? Don't they like Airbus? Or is it all politics? Sorry I'm not an aviation anorak, but I do enjoy watching these videos of yours. I find them therapeutic..
Sadik Meah Off course they like Airbus... just look at how many Airbuses have been ordered in the US by airlines like American, Delta, Jetblue, Frontier etc... it just doesn't fit their needs... The 777-300 carries well over 300 pax.... if you only have a handful of routes that can take a 500 seat A380 all year round it doesn't pay to buy them....
Yes, most of the shots are from the parking garages at Terminal 4/5... But I don't know how JustPlanes can get so many shots, since the PANYNJ doesn't like planespotters.
I just thought of something while watching this video. I wonder why on the B747's, the two outside trucks pivit down (hang down in the back) but the other two inside trucks hang strait and level? Cool video J.P. Thank you for the audio and visual candy! :)
13R-33L is was bumped to the second longest civilian runway in the U.S. when the new Denver International Airport opened in the 90's and has a runway longer then 13R-33L. As a little trivia, the third longest civilian runway in the U.S. is 25R-7L at LAS.
Great video, as usual! Don't like A380s, me. I recognize the technological achievement that it is, absolutely. It's just so hideous. Just a big blob with wings. And I'm not an Airbus hater, really like the 330-300, 340-500 and -600, the 320 NEO, the 350 is a beauty...but the 380...ugh.
Normally widebody heaven means quality time with my wife, but this is good too...

Proud of my country. It feels so nice to see arik air in jfk. This is a great shooting. Thank you so much +justplanes
JFK has such amazing traffic, I have on VHS a very old Just Planes JFK video from 1993 and is 122 minutes.
1812AndMore It does indeed have the most amazing traffic in the Americas! 1993 was our 1st JFK and we've done many since and people never get tired of them :)
Beautiful the 787 on LOT colors!!
Qatar airways at 2:17 perfect smooth landing.
A340's are so long it's ridiculous.
***** OK BUDDY! No just kidding haha, thanks for the specifics though!
its funny how the 747-8 is longer...
Falcons Channel It's because the A340 is just one deck so it just looks uproportionately long.
The South Africa one looks the best.
ridiculously awesome :p haha
These are awesome,Great video.
Beautiful.
Amazing catches! Many landings were very hard!! Big Like!!:)
PLEASE JUST PLANES.......NO STOP THE AIRPORTS BLURAYS SERIES ....IS THE BEST
that was awesome, i love the new 787s too!
This was yet again a very awesome video, keep up the great work!!
The A380 is so majestic.

South African 3:23
Very nice Video
Every time I see an A388 take off I'm amazed. Such a big aircraft. A man made wonder.
Yeah, it's cool how they look like they are going way to slow to possibly take off. Cause their so huge. Like the 747's too. Then they shoot strait up in the air. Where do they get the air speed?, is what I'm thinking...
Blaze0357 4 huge rolls-royce engines, that's how :)
Do they have to do that turn for the approach or are they all just missing Kai Tak?
Nice Video
awesome videos i have been working on the jfk runway project for a few months now amazing how much jfks configuration has changed !
Love the Singapore Airlines AIRBUS A380 !
Happy to see LOT 787 sp-lrc. I have flown this aircraft on WAW-JFK route in summer.
exquisite video. my favorite airport to spot at. kennedy was my first airport to spot at more then 50 years ago, idlewild then. thank you so much for your hard work
Why is this your final airport video? This will be a great loss for the aviation industry if you close down!

I love the kai tak style approach
Where is are this videos made I mean they are banking so nicee
Does AtlasAir still flying? BTW many of their 747 are at the airplane graveyard in mojave desert
Is there any specific tools for making JustPlane's UA-cam thumbnails?
That 787 looked so majestic while in the turn
mrflightsim011 I know right? The Aeromexico one, like a boss
I prefer the 747-400.....Queen of the SKY
Looks like a smashing Blue Ray! It's a bit of a shame Concorde isn't part of it
South African A346
Amazing variety of airplanes and airports, JustPlanes!
I love videos like these but nothing beating seeing it up close in person
I wonder what happened to the 757 at timestamp 1:11.
That first catch of the A380 landing on 13L is kinda rare! Thought A380's couldnt land on that runway cause the wingspan was too big and goes out onto the taxiway
This is one of the awesome things for living here
Btw in your blue ray did you get to record Jetblue there from here in NYC I see literally hundreds of Jetblue aircraft fly out of JFK
Captain Manny Hornedo Yes, there are Jetblue aircraft on the video... Check out the link in the description and you will see some pictures...
Captain Manny Hornedo Terminal 5 is entirely devoted to JetBlue aircraft
Yes I know it's a very awesome terminal
I miss the days when I was a kid living in NY and I used to spot at JFK. Now I live in LAS, and it's mostly the same boring 737's and A320/1's.
AMAZING BLURAY...¡¡¡¡¡¡CANT WAIT FOR MY COPY IN SPAIN ¡¡¡¡
Good video. Do you know of any American airlines who use the Airbus A380? Or is it still a predominantly European preference? I know some Asian companies are using them. in saying that I don't see many American companies using Airbus full stop!
Sadik Meah To this date no airline in the US has ordered the A380... and probably not very likely they will...

Cheers, Bro. Thanks for the response. Keep up the good work. Subscribed!
from where did you get old footage of vids
in 1997 mentioned vids
This has to be the best video i have ever seen of just plane's. Absoulty love hearing them.
is this on top of the parking garage?
Yes, most of the shots are from the parking garages at Terminal 4/5... But I don't know how JustPlanes can get so many shots, since the PANYNJ doesn't like planespotters.

Awesome work again Just Planes! 😊
When comes it out in The Netherlands? It's a nice Christmas present. Don't stop with the airport series please:)!
I was just thinkin to myself how come there's only airbus? And the. About 10 boeing follow!!LMFAO
Wow...Beautiful video! Liked :)
That was fast paced, well edited, beautiful close ups, love the wet weather stuff. Well done!
Lots of A340s, 747s, and A380s... the four engine beasts!
QR flew the A343 all the way to JFK?! (2:17)
Looks like JFK airport is the only airport that has A380's
Thank you JFK airport :)
1:18 Everyone should use the same engines as Cathay Pacific. Obviously!
Great show.
JFK is a massive airport, much bigger than newark or La Guardia
It has the second longest runway in any civilian airport in the world
Joaquin Pinto But it's also a very lewd and lascivious airport. They take care of all the Gambian and Nigerian destinations.
13R-33L is was bumped to the second longest civilian runway in the U.S. when the new Denver International Airport opened in the 90's and has a runway longer then 13R-33L. As a little trivia, the third longest civilian runway in the U.S. is 25R-7L at LAS.
To see that many 747’s is insane. Only 8 years later they’re mostly just a distant memory. 😕

Great video! I especially love seeing them make the turns and those wing flexs!!! Amazing place for it all
SFO is a wide body haven too
The A380 is absolutely AMAZING
jfk airport widebody heaven castel
I'm a Boeing fanatic but that A380 is so beautiful! Thanks, JP!!
where do you guys go to spot, i never find a great place at kjfk
Fantastic. .well done
Beautiful Macadamian Airlines!!!
Love the Norwegian Boeing 787-8 !
Excellent compilation, thank you!
The A380 is more like a *fat body *
Great video!
Solid video. Enjoyed the A340s
pretty much boredom since the Concorde left
when that Concorde took off it sounded like surround sound roar bouncing off buildings.
MD-80s still land at LaGuardia regularly
I'd say they're loud as heck
Super video > thank you!
All I can say is that you have a great camera.
Oh, Boy....
The A380 is so Beautiful.
From where did u guys shoot the video?
What is the plane at 0:57 i have never seen that?
Its used by boeing to carry aircraft parts
Boeing Dreamlifter
Missed Air India
They're on the video.. Remember its 270mins.. this trailer is only 5mins. Here is the list of airlines on the program www.justplanes.com/jfk.html
Show of Nepal also
This made my day thanks a lot!
3:41 you're doing it wrong
How long do the tyres last? / After how many landings is it obligatory to change the tyres? Or what's the rule on this?
Varies a lot really, between 50 and 200 landings,
Thanks!
Fantastic video
the a340 looks so disproportionate. .. too long
Every
Henrik u got that right :)
AEROMÉXICO!!! 0:15
so that Dream Lifter is a real plane?
No it was just a dream, duh.
YESS! The wait is over!!!!
Anyone here know where the delta 747 at 0:40 was headed for
I'm guessing that at the time this video was shot, it was going to either NRT or TLV.
Either Tokyo or Tel Aviv
2:25 El Al 747-400
AEROMEXICO BOEING 787 IN 0:17
0:56 dream lifter?????? JFK???????
Yep, the dream lifter makes frequent supply trips in and out of JFK!
Oh okay
whats the name of that plane a 3:28
Hey, It's an Airbus a340-600 for South African Airways
Thank you
It's an a340-600
Looks like an Airbus A340. From my limited knowledge, I think it may be an Airbus A340-600 even.
Steven Joya a340
That 787 @ 4:19 was insane.
Nice try
