Restoration of Wally's "White Airstream" | Airstream Heritage Center

When Wally Byam set out to lead the 1956 European Caravan, he did so in a one-of-a-kind painted white Airstream travel trailer. Now, Wally’s White Airstream has been brought back to life in a story as unique as the White Airstream itself, and it’s on public display for the first time at the new Airstream Heritage Center.

What year is it? I have virtually the same trailer and the gent I bought it from thought it was a 59 but my serial number plate says it’s no older then a 55? 🤷‍♂️
