That message got deleted by mistake, Rachel was arguing with Monica not to delete it. And after that Rachel herself told Ross about Emily's message.

The difference is that Rachel deleted it by accident, felt terrible about it, and then literally waited for Ross to get home to tell him that Emily left a message. Meanwhile, Ross twice (once in the earlier seasons and another time after they had a baby) completely hid from Rachel the fact that guys called her.

Monica calling someone else neurotic is ironic. None of them gave Emily a chance to be nice. They’ve been disrespectful to her since the wedding. And Emily blaming Rachel was stupid. The only one to blame was Ross. It was obvious he was still hung up on Rachel otherwise who the hell says the wrong name?! It must’ve been so embarrassing and devastating for her to be disrespected at her own wedding in front of all her friends and family. Man, Ross was so toxic!
