I believe Clarence's top single for a squat is 306kgs? So in other words, gear made him around 15% stronger. @@user-zz5og2lf7p how much does clarence weigh rn
how's it goin?
@@artyshan5944 got to 185kg and then injuried my knees and my left wrist xd. I kind of got exhausted from living with constant pain since then and decided to quit. It was all probably due to lack of good technique.
That you both include pounds and kilos is appreciated.
Unfathomable power, truly a blast to watch
"Creatine powder" nextt to enhanced picture on the tumbnail is hilarious.
Amazing lifts in both natty and enhanced versions!
This is some motivational stuff right here! Ill consider myself successful with my lifting if i can ever achieve over a 200kg squat natty let alone what you have clarence!🤘💪
No sir. Don't be a loser. 200 kg not all that good or strong. AIM higher
200kg is doable for average genes and above. I hit 200kg natty while still pretty lean as well. If i bulked up could have hit more obviously. Just keep lifting on decent programs, eat your meals and youll hit 200kg. You gotta be very serious about it for years tho
@@user-zz5og2lf7p After 10 years of consistent lifting maybe.
I know people who lift that long and are stuck arround 170 kg (at 85 BW).
200 kg squat if you weight bellow 100 kg is very advanced and hard to achieve.
You find this motivational? The thing I took from this is if you aren't squatting at least 265 as a teenage natty vegan then what's the point?
@@Raao1 lol no, I have lifted seriously for 2 years and already at 180kg. Ill probably hit 200 within 2023
An absolute freak! Lots of respect.
Squatting with that whippy bar is so hard.
I've tried it.
I could cycle everything under the sun, have the most elite trainers program and coach me, and prob wouldn't be able to do his natty numbers like that. Nothing short of Captain America's super steroids could get me there. Mf is strong asf.
Some say that Clarence is still out there, repping our your max squat to this day in the longest AMRAP in history.
Normal vs. Super Saiyan numbers
Nothing normal about those natty numbers, but yes to those super Saiyan numbers.
I respect how Clarence is open about his gear use. Notice how there are no negative comments? People appreciate honesty, something fake natty's should notice.
Can you make a video about how your training changed from natty to enhanced. I am afraid if i squat 5 times a week I'll eventually get injured from not recovering properly
5 times definitely seems excessive if you're going heavy. 2 days is enough imo. 3 at most.
Starting Strength.
@@slowfuse that's what ive been doing for. While now
I love at the end how he drops it off his back and just collapses. Now that is a set.
“Are you natty?”
No.
Gotta respect the honesty.
Weren’t you like 18 or 19 when you squatted that first squat? It’s not just natural vs enhanced, it’s also the timeframe in which you made progress.
Progress under enhancement is enhanced. Which is why people now who say they are currently natty, like rubish, technically aren't. They got their new prs and numbers while enhanced and once you've learned a skill the first time it is easier to regain. So if you've accelerated training years and volume while enhanced, even if you are currently natty your numbers are not natural.
@@thicccboyztv wat
@@finestnostalgia "wat" do You not understand?
It's very simple when you are on gear for meaningfull amount of time and then you stop taking gear YOU ARE NOT Natty.
True, I 100% agree.
this is why enhancing your choice of lifting shoes is important, guys.
Wait, did he legit squat 262 as a natty?
its very possible, but to do it at that young age and weight is commendable
I really don't think so
That very last rep is still faster and better than me lifting 145 for one rep.
Love the thumb nail with the “ENHANCED” part having creatine 😂
Love this. One of the few lifters to come out and say things as they are. It matters to be truthful.
Right Lu Xiao?
This man is on an entirely different level.
A great cardio session with 265kg.
😂😂👌
I’m glad your honest ! It’s let’s us know where we can be !
He wasn't squatting the bar. He was pushing the planet away.
I love watching the whip of the bar when he comes back up. It's satisfying for some reason lol
Fuck discrete math time to watch Clarence squat😊
Hello fellow math nerd!
@@LucasDimoveo math is good but Clarence squats gooder
@@LucasDimoveo Hello!
Fuck discrete math in general
same but diffeq
never had seen such 1:51 long video... almost died watching. Very impressive
Respect, if you can squat around 3x your body weight, you're free to hop on gear in my opinion. A lot better that some fitness influencers that grab steroids, as soon as they can bench 100kg.
It pays to take drugs dude nobody is going to care about a bird chest natty benching 100kg
Your strength is other worldly
This is a true RPE 10, just wow what a beast
What's he thinking:
Enhanced:
1st Rep: Ok, felt good and fast.
2nd Rep: Weight feels light today.
3rd Rep: I got this.
4th Rep: Getting a bit hard to catch my breath, but I got this.
5th Rep: I'm tired and half way there. This sucks.
6th Rep: I want to die. 4 more.
7th Rep: I hate this. 3 more.
8th Rep: Ca- ba-. 2 more.
9th Rep: Why am I the way I am? 1 more rep!!!
10th Rep: Just gonna lie down.
Natty:
1st Rep: HELL YEAH!!! PR'D!!!
262.5kg beltless ATG squat at that age and bodyweight whilst being natty is insane!
That extra rep on the "enhanced" clip... sweet baby Jesu
I was hoping on the "enhanced" section that you just zoomed in on the same clip
One of the craziest sets I’ve ever seen
The way he squats is brutal on the body. I'm a big fan of clarence, but most people shouldn’t attempt to squat like this. He puts insane torque on his knees as he drops the weight for the squat; using the whip from his tendons to gain momentum. Unless you’re really young or enhanced, you’ll get injured easily.
lol
cope lol
Love Clarence. Can’t cope.
@@WH-sz3bh alright but stop promoting the narrative that atg squats are bad
@@crasnicul3371 I don't think they're bad if performed with care. They build great strength and test true mobility. I just needed knee surgery after watching Clarence do the first set. ☠
I agree, definitely some enhanced resolution on the second clip
That’s an insane amount of weight bro . That’s so amazing
If he spent the same amount of willpower on spirituality, he could probably fix world's problem single handedly.
Dude holy shit halfway through the enhanced clip I started laughing hysterically at the power
Bro 265kg for 10, has to be one of the strongest humans to ever live especially at his bodyweight
Phenomenal
Beautiful set.
Instructing comparaison.
I have always looked up to you 💪🏻😄
I was like hey wait a minute 262.5 and 265 arent that different and was confused until I saw you hit that for 9
Damn that’s awesome form still lifting strong all these years. Crazy skill
