At 250k miles in my 6 speed manual Acura TL I still can't justify upgrading til the engine or transmission fails me. Great looking car though.. I'll probably be in the market for another 6 speed by the time mine gets to 400k miles
Much enjoy your vehicle reviews ! I, for one, am never a fan of red interior seating - with the exception of an air-cooled Volkswagen Beetle ... Odd, I know, but hey ... Prost - Slainte' - Cheers !
It really all depends on your situation if you can deal with Hyundai engine replacement time wise and they give you a rental every time it happens then yeah it's worth saving the 15k
@@kevinftw16 I think you're thinking of Hyundai from 15 year ago. I'm sure Hondas are still more reliable in general but up to 150,000 Hyundai r probably the same nowadays.
@@warwid5419 are all valid points. However they don't really apply with such a large price difference. Especially for someone that actually wants to use their car and drive it, and not keep it as a garage Queen
@@joshpinchuk7061 Just seems like a lot of Hyundai's engines are blowing with less then 100k on them as long as it's under warranty I'd deal with it. Not hating on Hyundai's.. I have a 17 year old Azera with the 3.8 GDI engine 172k miles doesn't burn-leak a drop of anything and still runs - drives like new. I also have a 6 speed manual Acura TL for fun 250k miles still doesn't burn or leak a drop of oil. Certain Hyundai models from 2011 and up are crap.
Watching your face at the end was hilarious!
Nonstop smiling with this thing 😆
Came over from Redline Reviews.
Welcome!!
Love the R mode reaction. Classic.
It’s such a blast hahah
Another great video
Thank you much!
great review
Thank you!
You should add a startup/0-60 segment
Thats a good idea I was thinking about adding a startup part too!
I love your vibe so much
I appreciate that thank you!! 😆
I test drove the Type S and Type R and went with the R. There is an occasion to the Type R.
Good choice!

That’s fair! The V6 makes it worth it

Thank you! That’s fair, sometimes it’s a lot!!
Your shifting is too rough bro - just saying even the car telling you you are letting go too fast
Looking back I was definitely shifting very aggressively and that makes sense lol
Me having never driven a manual
Ah yes I see
At $15,000 more than an Elantra N, can't really justify buying this thing.

Lil faster, drives a lil better, WAY MORE PRETTY, better transmission, more reliable, rare and wow factor, less depreciation...
