Two tips if you want them Too much shoulder turn on backswing, try lift the arms more to complete the backswing rather than just a big turn. Also, more weight shift towards the left side would help especially the irons. Side note: Also can’t really see but I’d check the grip to see if it’s neutral. PGA Pro, if you try it I hope it helps
All constructive criticism is not only welcomed, but appreciated. Up until 6 months ago I golfed twice a yr. I decided to give it a go for real. One fix at a time. I finally have an inside out downswing that cured my nasty fade, but you're absolutely right about the weight shift. That'll be my next focus. I should end with my weight on my lead foot using my right toes more for balance. More hip rotation should fix it.
