Started to prioritize streetlifting this yr my life goal is 100kg dips and 81 kg pull up for 1 RM
Let’s goo!! I’m trying to get to the 80kg pull up by 2025
I like to weighted pull ups for endurance and strength as well but I’m struggling to get to 60kg currently I’m at 42 kg
What is the best street lifting program? Would it work if you take the mad cow 5x5 powerlifting program and swap out the bench and rows for dips and pull ups? Thank you!
Hey bro! There is no best program it depends on you. 5x5 could work but I think temporarily. Using a powerlifting approach is a good way to start
what is the difference between street lifting and calisthenics?
Streetlifting the goal is to carry the most amount of weight for 1 rep, similar to powerlifting so the form is a bit different from calisthenics for hypertrophy and we have squats also
Q:will heavy dips help me with HSPU and planch
I believe it does, dips makes your shoulder super strong which will make doing HSPU easier and planchette training easier
