- The video will show how to Export all the events from Apple's iCloud Calendar to Google Calendar.
Download a calendar from iCloud.com
- Go to iCloud.com, sign in with your Apple ID, and open Calendar.
- Publicly share the calendar.
- Copy the URL of the shared calendar and paste it into the address field in your browser. Don't press Enter or Return.
- Change "webcal" to "http" and press Enter or Return. An ICS file will download to your default download location.
- Add the calendar to a calendar client, such as Calendar on Mac or Outlook on a Windows computer.
- Stop sharing the calendar.

Import the ICS File to Google Calendar
After you've exported your events, you can import them into Google Calendar.
- Open Google Calendar on a computer. Note: You can only import from a computer, not a phone or tablet.
- In the top right, click Settings GEAR Settings, Settings.
- Open the Calendars tab.
- Click Import calendar between the "My calendars" and "Other Calendars" sections.
- Click Choose File and select the file you exported. The file should end in "ics" or "csv"
- Choose which calendar to add the imported events to. By default, events will be imported into your primary calendar.
- Click Import.

USING GOOGLE CALENDAR Apps and Sync Info
Now the best way to use Google Calendar is in a Chrome Browser going to calendar.google.com or for iPhone/iPad users download the Google Calendar App from the App Store (Link Below). But, if you still want to use Mac's Calendar or the Native Apple Calendar's on iOS Devices you will need to setup your Google Account for those applications if you wish to keep them in Sync.

Google Calendar App for iOS: itunes.apple.com/ca/app/googl...
Android Users should have the App Installed but if you need the Android App here is the link: play.google.com/store/apps/de...

Hi, thank you for this video. It is exactly as it should be for us who needs support - clear, detailed and slow! However, i have not been able yet to move my calendar as when searching my file it does not show in downloads on my airbook. I will try again and hopefully will manage to do it. I will then try to find any video for sinchonising calendars as ongoing process. Great and clever work!

I'm watching this mar of 2019, was a similar process but an easier and "automatic" import; I was able to sync but I have to do this process every time I add an event to my ical.
what I want is a common calendar for my iMac and MacBook Pro, that I can also buy for my Samsung phone that auto syncs perfectly among all three devices. is there such a calendar like maybe outlook? I agree, your videos is expertly made! thank you Lee!

Thanks @lee Sapara. Great video. I've followed the steps and successfully imported the iCal events but they are not updating in my google calendar when I create a new event or modify an event in iCal. Any advice? Did I miss something?
This video shows how to EXPORT or MOVE those events, not keep them in sync. The calendar import in Google calendar didn't work for me when using Google Chrome. It said "Oops file could not imported, please tray some time later". The import worked however when using Microsoft Edge instead.
It worked!! But Don't forget to click enter after you paste the link then the save box will appear.

This video is great but I have a question....Once I do this, if I decide I no longer want google calendar and only want to use my ICalendar, how do I permanently delete all info on the Google Calendar? I can't find this information anywhere.

Thank for your video. Can you make another video explaining how to sync up the iCal to Google calendar. I followed your instruction. I was able to see all of the existing events from iCal on google calendar. Then, I added a new event on iCal; but google calendar was not able updating it.

The Google Calendar App works great and is best way to take full advantage of all of its features on the Iphone itunes.apple.com/ca/app/google-calendar/id909319292?mt=8 . The music is too loud and distracting. For many people with hearing loss the voice and the loud music become one big noise and we cant hear either of them clearly. There was some good information here. But I couldn't hear it over the music.
Thanks Gertrude I really appreciate your feedback. I do have Closed Captions on in the video you might have to turn on in your UA-cam player at the bottom right of video. I hope my newer videos are better with the sound and will keep this in consideration. Personally I put the music in so it doesn't sound like my voice is so monotone and make them less boring but I realize that the wrong music could be bad as well. All my best.
