Do these exercises every day to open up your body and create freedom and movement! If you can't get a deep stretching routine in every day, make it easier on yourself with just these two simple stretches. The classic downward dog with a new twist to open up your spine and chest and a modified lunge that'll be sure to open up your hip flexors without too much strain on your hips or the rest of your body.

Should you do them everyday and what is the best time?
i am doing for three weeks now almost every day i wake up the morning routine 1 or even 3 videos! i am really stiff person and have ahd surgery on knee! I am feeling my body awake also pain is no more an issue!! and the most important i learn slowly but progresively how to control my breathe and at last my mind!
That feeling when you have been sitting in front of the computer during your best years and now have nerd neck, rounded shoulders, pelvic anterior tilt and bent upper back. Its a gonna be a long journey to fix all these damn problems but not gonna give up!

As a nerd who started working out 3 years ago, let me tell you that it takes alot less than you think if you work out smart. And you still get to be a nerd just a good looking one with a healthy body. Keep it up.
Dear Mr. Josh, I workout consistently with only 1 rest day a week, and am also going through physical therapy to strengthen my spine. I just watched a couple of your videos for the first time today, and I gotta say I'm already loosened up for my session today! New subscriber dude, thank you!

Just do the ones that you think you need the most, based on your current state and/or goals. Or as a part of your already established exercise routine (if you have one). This 2 are really good for people needing to work on thoracic extension and posterior tilt.

I'm almost always on the balls of my feet now. My body has completely changed, I can dance now.. My tung is now pressed to the roof of my mouth. I can relax my jaw.. my posture has completely changed.. And your videos make perfect sense, thank you again.

Amazing how in my 30s I was googling how to increase my 1 rep max bench press. Now that I'm in my 40s and my posture is screwed all I google is how to open my hips and get thoracic mobility. Great stretches here - thanks!

ive just started with stretching, exercises mostly because i dont do enough of it, i would like to minimise my workouts at the gym and concentrate more on callesthenics and building a more flexible stronger body.

Damn that second one is really good. I'm pretty flexible and decently strong and it was pretty hard to maintain balance even. Definitely going to be doing that.

Can you do a video specializing in body pain and how it connects through the body in different ways.
For me its the knee always one knee where the pain comes from one side, as the day progresses it migrates to the other side of the ball of the same knee.
