I’m a personal trainer and I am constantly begging my clients to aim LOWER for their home workout goes. So many people pay for the gym month after month and hardly ever go. It’s so much better to keep a few weights in a room and just do a set of one exercise every day or two. Great video!

On the timely part, I have been doing 2-week sprints on my goals and it has been a complete gamechanger for the adhd. I reward myself every two weeks if I meet my goal and I'm actually finally seeing results and making progress.
