So I can attest to the fact that the portion a pork you getting at Quan Kep is not the same that you seeing on this clip.
Is FAR LESS I got!

Their pork was AMAZING when they started in SOUTH (Princes Town) BUT I see the family has 'abandoned' South & hit the big time in North so dem eh business with South again 😒 NOW they giving ppl cold food? Wow 😕
You are absolutely correct with your assessment of this place.. I've visited on a few occasions, and every time, the food was cold and bland. The very last time I purchased, I got food poisoning and never went back. Very overrated, and the young lady who runs the place needs to improve her demeanor. It seems she puts on a show with her smiles only when an influencer with a camera is there.

Chinese Laundry..this bloke was a DJ back in the day if i am not mistaken. Lots of dance hall mix cassettes use to circulate in Trinidad. Glad he's doing well

Ok. Given that people in the comments who actually ate here did not like the food, is it that since then the food has improved or JD's review is not quite on point?
The more of his videos you watch, the lower his credibility goes. He's basically a paid advertizer at this point. Literally everything tastes good to him. I've eaten at several of these places and they were total failure....
I came on vacation to Trinidad and I went to 139 Wood Brook to taste the spicy pork I met Chow mr short Pants better known as Chinese Laundry he was not friendly at all I tried to talk to him and he was moving sketcher so I don't know how could he promote his business when he does not know how to talk Mr chow learn how to socialize with the public and stop being skittish

Agreed, too much marketing with little actual effort or customer service, overrated af
Wow from all the food outlets there? Or is it a select few? I know Chinee (Tony Chow Lin On) uses a form of Guerrilla advertising on his multiple radio stations.
