Left hard, hard New York and went to get this curry lobster and god knows this was the best curry I have had in a long time. The service was amazing as well… will be back asap.. the young lady at the counter is fantastic… very pleased. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Never Had Curry Lobster, but willing to try for the first time, when I visit my homeland Trini for Holidays. We enjoy your food finds and your Wonderful Personality, keep doing what you do well. To me, the taste of lobster is like a mixed between crab and shrimp. I love lobsters the most when they're seasoned with ginger, lime juice, garlic, thyme, blackpepper, butter and white wine and placed under the broiler and cooked!

They have so many good options to choose from, but my personal favorite is the Shrimp Roti, its always on point!!!
Whenever there is a looooooog line at any food establishment, you know they have to be doing it right!!!

I have been hearing a lot of good things about this roti shop..and it certainly looks great!! You're right about lobstet being an acquired taste. I think curry lobster is the best way to eat it imo..

Definitely agree, one of the best kept secrets in Trini for roti. Glad they getting a big up, but now gonna have to deal with the roti tourists on the saddle road 🧐

Tried them 7 yrs ago , however with dhal puri and lobster, they got alot of different meats.

Hear nah, i live a stone's throw away from this place. I do not find that their roti is the best under any stretch of the imagination. They need to cook the dhalpourie properly, leave it in the tawa for a little while longer, because when you pull it you can still sometimes see the raw dough stretching. They try to hustle to make roti sales and in the process tend to give half cooked roti and meat. I personally would NOT recommend that Guyanese roti shop. And I am not alone in my comments.
They're alright but far from being the best roti in Trinidad.
