For the ones that dont know. This engine design started in 1964 . It is the only piston engine design ever to run a sub 4 second run in the 1320.
It has been and always will be the king of the 1320. Long live live the Chrysler Hemi.

Very Nice car and runs my dad used to race his 63 Polara 500 in the early 70s . It was his first car and now I have it after sitting for 40 yrs my dream is to use my 06 Jeep Cherokee 6.1 as a donor one of these years .

Very nice . I have my dads first car and its a 63 Polara 500 . I have been dreaming to put it back on the road for about 25 yrs. I just picked up an 07 SRT8 Cherokee and I hope to put the 6.1 inj. engine in it . Does anyone know what front ends bolt up as far as disc brakes ?

He said he is coming here to Oklahoma. Ha... He is a track racer just because he hooks at the track doesn't mean he can make it hook on the streets of of our town. He better do a lot of testing on the street so he can set it up to hook and hold the power . but we would love to see him down here. Good luck
