I was diagnosed with a mix of stuff a while ago. OCD often accompanies anxiety I think, depression too. That mindfulness workbook called 30 Days to Stop Obsessing by Harper Daniels helped, along with daily meditation too.
Everytime I see one of your episodes (I watch it a great 5x only because you and your guest drops so many great perspectives) but it teaches and confirms so much about myself and it teaches me ways to explains myself
