    when called out to do an inspection for pest issues i carry a hacksaw blade to check if the toilet has a gap beneath it; if it does, i seal it with clear silicon. toilets can work lose allowing pest to emerge from below. seal as many openings one can find even if it looks non important. check exterior for gaps/cracks behind and under stucco or siding. pull out all appliances, check for moisture/water issues , lose/broken wall or floor tiles. remove outlet/ switch plates, check plumbing chase where plumbing lines for tub and shower are.. 25 yrs in the business spending most of my time cleaning up after lazy pest control techs and maintenance personnel who care less which is great for me. the days of slapping glue boards on floors are over! the days of baseboard spraying are over! if you have not advanced behind a pump can you're a dinosaur in the industry!

    Recommendation for dealing with German roaches we have told office and they sent a 1 time regular spray but it did nothing and we want to bomb but our building is a 4 unit duplex and we have a gas stove so are unsure how to go about it safely. We are not concerned that if the other neighbors don't bomb as well they will come back we don't mind bombing however often needed.(2 neighbors have declined having building bombed thats why office wont)

    Hey i have a question?
    how do you find a national vandor approval list? i have asked many apartments and they reply " we only work with people on are vendor list" i have asked many of them for assistance on this but they have all shown no intrest. some have actually got offended for me asking them if they have a service or how could i become a member of the "approved vendor"
    also how much would you charge if you could? like i charge $250 for a roach treatment in a home that is 1200 sq feet. i would love $500 because it takes a lot of time to do all the hidden spots.

    I wish I could have you check my apt! Our bug guy just comes and sprays but it doesn’t seem effective. I got my own spray and sprayed entrances recently too. But I just saw a baby roach in the bathtub which I hear can be a bad sign of infestation 😩

    Just moved into an apartment to find a small dead roach in kitchen cabinet. Went back to start moving in and there was a dead one same size in the bathroom floor. Told the leasing agent and they released a “bug bomb” came back to apartment today for the first time and there yet again was a small brown roach on the floor. What can I do. I need this fixed before I move in full time or I won’t be able to sleep!

      BaM BaM Cam 22 Hi there! I think I can give you some guidance here. We have a family owned pest control company and we do a lot of work primarily with multi family housing, or apartments. By law your leasing office must contact and pay for a licensed pest control company to take care of this issue. This is also in your lease you signed before moving in. If your leasing office declines this, I would threaten legal action or bad publicity. Hope this helps!

    What is worse to get. German, American or, Smokey Brown cockroaches? Which one is hardest to get rid of?

    • @NaturepestNaturalPestControl
      @NaturepestNaturalPestControl  Рік тому +1

      Non are good and it requires a different approach for them. If you own a home and you get a German cockroach you brought it in because they do not live outside with American cockroaches if you have an infestation or Smokey Brown it's usually because they're entry points in the home that have not been repaired over time so in infestation of American cockroaches could be a year or more before it's noticed we're a German roach infestation can be usually detected within a month or so and explodes very quickly they tend to produce two to one compared to American cockroaches

    I.hope you can respond because I truly need answers.
    I am 38 weeks pregnant, due in two weeks.
    Just moved into an apartment and spotted a roach, just one live one and two dead ones in the span of two weeks.
    I don't know wether to use boric acis by itself or mixed with bait because I'm Afraid to attract more. I have a five year old and I'm so afraid to prepared my baby's things just because if the roaches I'm running out of time. What do I do,??

    • @NaturepestNaturalPestControl

      Congratulations on your pregnancy, ideally you would would want to get s positive identification on the roach to to be able to give you the best control method since there are many variables, I don't know what part of the country you're in and there are many different roaches in different parts of the country such as German roaches, American roaches, Australian roaches turkistan roaches, and some will require slightly different protocol to get great Pest Control. However this doesn't mean that you cannot use one method since you're only seeing one or two in a couple of weeks my best advice is to use advion evolution roach gel bait and look for my video on how to control German roaches where I teach you how to apply correctly you also want to follow all of the label directions with being pregnant and a small child I would highly recommend only using the jailbait as this is the least invasive least toxic method to controlling roaches I do not recommend you putting out boric acid because most of the time you will put it out incorrectly and this could cause more harm even though boric acid is considered safe it has to be applied correctly.
