Entirely agree. their music and style are too intimate to cross the threshold that would lead them to wider recognition. The problem is that, for that, she would have to change the band, or a new manager who would break everything: and just keep the crystal that is her voice to adorn it with a big machine with sharp hits.

@@jpr593 I'm as floored by the climate the three of them create as with Hannah's voice. I'm so thankful for their collective deep magic. I don't know why people wish for more. Actually, more...of what? There is this kind of sadness and redemption in their sound. They reach together some precise and precious feelings. A subtlety I feel lucky they keep cultivating.

There are no words to describe just how amazing London Grammar is and how much I love their music.

Waaaaay better than the original.... Here I can feel every feelings the text meant to transmit : calm sadness and clear mind about a story that can't continue despite the love of the other.
I'm sorry but the original has such a bad timing i don't even have the time nor the idea of feeling all that.
This song needed the magic of London Grammar to offer all it's potential and this is so moving and marvellous I want to cry with a slighty smile on my face.

I completely agree. I've played, written and recorded music since the late 90s and these guys are just fantastic in all respects - musicianship, recording, and of course Hannah's singing is astonishing. They also know how to add to a song by not playing, i.e. less is more. You mentioned Hannah's dress - on that note, what I love about Hannah is that she always looks absolutely fantastic, but you get the feeling it's all her and she's not dressed by some sleezy record company boss. Much like their music, it's the beauty of subtlety and honesty, which always trumps overtly trying too hard.

One of the best things about London Grammar is I never get the feeling that each part is trying to compete with the other feels like they are all just trying to compliment each and the result never ceases to astound me!! (Not sure if that is intentional but bloody hell it really does create something special)

London grammer have been one of my favourite artists. So diverse and meaningful in all of their lyrics and some of their tracks have been key points in my lifetime. Not only from the originals but also remixed from jacques lu cont and other djs. The covers they have done on the likes of radio one live lounge and deezer A truly amazing trio. I bow to all of you!

@@FPVsean shame about the acoustics in the arena though. Was it just me or could you hardly hear a thing they said with that tin roof! I hate how arenas seem to have the monopoly on concerts around here. I’ve been to Sheffield and Nottingham and they both seem bad. London grammar were amazing though it must be said.

I love to see the interactions between two of my favorite bands! For Glass Animals to remix a London Grammar song, and now for London Grammar to cover Glass Animals. I hope there's more collaborations in the future between these two phenomenal bands. Would definitely love to see Hannah featured in a Glass Animals tracks or for there to be a London Grammar song produced by Dave. Either way, amazing cover! Hope we get a version uploaded to Spotify :D
