Bird, MJ, Hakeem, Magic, the Mailmain, etc., did most of the heavy lifting and transitioned into the 90s.I lost interest after the Dream Teamers started to retire. I do enjoy watching the old clips of Celtics, Knicks, Pistons, Pacers, with all the excellent passing and assists.

If you get fired up by this, see if you can find some video of Wilt Chamberlain and Bill Russell playing against each other....it was a guaranteed blood bath. And the thing about those games is the refs let them play, so neither would foul out, and they both pretty much played all 48 minutes. Seemed like Rodman was doing shady/dirty fouls for so long, that by the time he got to the Bulls in 95 he was alot more nonchalant and slick about it. He was fun to watch, but it must have been annoying to play against him. Alot of guys went after him, but i find it incredible how Rodman never threw a punch. I'll tell you, I did play basketball. And its as much a psychological game as it is a physical game. When you find that thing to get into your opponent head... you never ever let it go. But there's a trick to it. Don't push it too far, or it will break. There's a real art to it.
