Hi, I've been to Maui and it is so much more beautiful than the Caribbean. You need to go. There is a constant breeze, it's never muggy and there is the smell of plumeria in the air. You won't want to come home.

You can use your A/C controller to set the level of humidity in your home.
I have to sit on 2 pillows so I can see over the center of the windshield. I just reach the pedal. But my husband does all the driving of the golf cart and I drive the vehicle. So guess that solves all problems.

If you want to see a gator, come on down to Fenney and take the walk around the pond! We were growled at last week by one hidden in the foliage behind the fence as we approached the fence. What a scary sound! As we walked around the pond, there was Mama laying on a big rock, with 4 baby gators nearby!

I went to an oral surgeon and I felt like it was worth it. But it could have just been the one I went to. He was very understanding that I didn't want to be in pain and tried his very best. Keep me comfortable and I feel like he did a great job
Another thing that helps are whole cloves...put against the tooth that hurts. 🦷🦷🦷

Jerry and Linda….I love your channel! Why do I watch? I watch because I enjoy the friendly discourse. I can get worked up over the salty comments. I just do not understand why some people enjoy being mean. Why? I love the sweet comments. I live in Houston, TX. I am not considering a move anywhere. I enjoy the rides that you take us on. VERANDA (designer homes with fully fenced yard around them) homes do NOT have the other person’s wall as part of the “fence” Veranda homes has a full yard around the home- that is only found with Courtyard Villas.
Yes, that's why I said I'm only going to speak about villas. We don't personally know anyone with a veranda home that would let us come and video.
Oh thank you for that comment. We have a courtyard villa, block and stucco. Did not know that Verandas didn't have the property line at the neighbors wall! Learn something new every day. 😊
Oh ha ha...Did not look up American Samoa. Paul wrote in for me as i had gone to the doctor for a procedure. We were on a cruise a few years ago, and that was one of our stops.🚢
Jerry, I think I’m the queen of toothaches! I had to wait over two months to get my tooth pulled. It was badly infected too. One thing that really helped the pain was warm saltwater rinses. I rinsed after every time I ate and before bed. Also, aspirin helped the pain more than the narcotic I was prescribed. I took Excedrin for migraines which helped the most. I know how you feel and I hope you feel better soon!

We'll celebrate your 46th Anniversary on the ship!!! OMG! Hawaii is very different from the Caribbean. It is our vacation of choice from California. Would have loved to retire there but extremely expensive and not enough good medical. Oh, wait, Villages doesn't have enough good medical! But it's getting better. Mt. Rushmore is totally awesome. If you want to know, i can tell you an interesting family story regarding it. ☺ (TV did the changes after all the grumblings about the new things 'down south' and ignoring the previous sections) Keep your fishin' hole a secret!

Boy, was looking for Salty and Saucy on Thursday, and did not see you two post has you were traveling to Jacksonville to babysit!!!!!! Well,grandchildren are more important than your friends that follow you two in the Villages!
You definitely want to take 2 or 3 Western States trips. 1) Southern Utah and Northern Arizona. 2) Black Hills, Badlands, ( Wall) , Yellowstone, and the Corn Palace. 3) Glaiser National Park and the Glaiser Ranger in Canada ( Banf and Jasper)
You will love all of nature beauty!
I 've been in all 50 states.
Go to Hawaii, you will love it! Take cruise first then spend a week on Kawaii and on the way back stop a Maui North Shore...Turtle Bay!
Been watching you for over four years. Come to Orlando or COCO Beach almost every year!

Questions for future show: Are there any areas in the Villages that have more space between homes and fencing? The old adage that fences make good neighbors has some truth to it!
Are there any homes that have basements in the Villages, or is that not possible with the high water table?

I enjoy listening to your podcast and I wouldn’t worry too much about complainers you’ll never please everyone all the time. I have found several podcasts that I consider more entertaining and pleasant than anything on television these days. Love Florida but haven’t made the move from Ohio yet my wife doesn’t want to leave the grandkids.

I love to hear about The Villages! Our lifestyle visit is coming up, but not soon enough!
What I don't see or hear about in The Villages are home vegetable gardens and adding additions onto the homes. Are vegetable gardens not allowed? And then the house.... none look like any additions have been added to an existing house. Can a garage or a sunroof addition be added? Are backyard stamped concrete patios allowed? I've heard that some of the newer construction is built in flood zone areas. I don't know how to look this up and I was wondering if you know how I could research this. I wonder if at the time of purchase buyers are told they're in a flood zone or is this something they discover when it happens. With the forecast for the up coming year of worsening storms and increase in hurricanes people should be aware of what may happen to the area where they live. Sorry we missed you live, but we do enjoy seeing your show anytime we can!!! We loved Hawaii in January, it is cheaper to go than in a cruise then. Also, that is when the mama whales teach their babies how to hunt.

I have a newspaper clipping from the 70s of the side of Mount Rushmore, where you can see the outline of an American Indian. It said that it was naturally occurring . if I ever get the opportunity to go To Mount Rushmore , that will be my main objective is to see if I can also see that image.

I had a tooth pulled on honeymoon, in 1973. But before I could get into see dentist, I put a peppermint over the sour gum. It helped a little. Moral, I lost my tooth and I no longer have that husband in my life.😂 keep up the great job. Linda, love your hair.

Where did you have the courage to jump into the cold water again and move into the Villages? Have you always been so brave or was it actually a bit reckless? Jerry and Linda you may need to change your cable provider to get more gigs -install Fiber Optics that would be ideal - and you can edit your videos faster( upload and down load-) btw Mount Rushmore is a trip worth taking - I flew in to Rapid City - South Dakota - and drove a short distance to the great presidents carved into the mountain - in the middle of American prairie you see this - incredible
