I think the biggest issue for me is trust. I’ve always been quite frightened of the channelled voice but I realise now that it’s always been in the background. My confidence has grown in the listening as I’ve got older and especially since I’ve stopped being a people pleaser. The channelled voice has been allowed to be heard now that I’m not rushing around firefighting other people’s problems. I’m more discerning in who I spend my time with, I’m attracting some beautiful soul people on earth and I’m repelling the ones who don’t want the best for me. Thank you, Lee.💛

Environment is crucial via vibes, osmosis. Spectrum of sunlight out west is vital. Nothing has gone right-every door slammed. Petty people bad memories haunt me. I've been trapped imprisoned in misery. Sorrow tears for twenty years. Please get me out of here!
@susanmazzella1586 i feel your struggles being in a place where you feel energetically blocked. I’ve had some similar experiences in the city I’m in now too. I’ve been dreaming of returning back to the city where my heart (and many good friends still live) for nearly 2 decades. This summer I’m making it happen. I found a place to live in the city that feeds my soul, where I still have so many dear friends. Twenty years away from the city that has my heart. My 19 year old daughter and i will be moving later this summer. Everything about this feels right yet also somewhat scary. Myself is one thing, but it’s also about my daughter and feeling the weight of that responsibility. Supporting us both through this transition and on the other side. Cross-continental move. She’ll need to learn a new language and we’re both going to re-invent our lives, as this city is full of painful memories for us both. Now we have secured our home there, and clearing out our things so we can travel more lightly. A bazillion things to sort out and plan ahead. A little daunting but also feels right. I keep receiving signs we’re on the right path 🙏🏻🌷🦋 I encourage you to follow your heart back to the city that feeds your soul and brings joy to your heart. I am scared of "sound" channeling. I have asked my guides to not use sound to communicate with me. I have asked them to stop using ringing in the ears, although my request to stop ringing has not stopped it. Ringing doesn't happen as often - it used to happen a lot more. I get more looking into a deers eyes or turkeys stopping and looking at me. They hear my thoughts and will stop turn around and walk towards me.
Ringing can comes from a number of sources. It doesn’t always have to be your Guides. Sometimes you may be simply tuning into the Schumann resonance of the Earth. Chances are your Guides won’t try to communicate via ringing unless they need to. Additionally, it might be a good idea to google an image with of Angel numbers so you can assign meaning for them to communicate more effectively. You could also come up with certain symbols, shapes, emojis and give them a certain kind of meaning to see what happens. Ask yourself what you were just thinking the moment you see them and see if it makes sense! Just start small as you go so you don’t get overwhelmed. You don’t want to lose your grounding by moving too quickly! It will take some time. Also, consider calling in prayers and protections consistently- every day at least! Ask your Guides, Guardians, Angels, Guardian Angel, Higher Self, God or whoever you prefer for protection from any and all negative influence, or from any and all that do not have your highest good at Heart. Best of luck and remember, if it is coming from or invokes fear, then it is NoT your Guides!
I love that you have a connection with animals. Yes, your tinnitus could have a physical cause, but not necessarily anything to worry about. Check with your doctor. With sound, I sometimes I hear certain songs that have a special meaning to me, either in a store or elsewhere, or in a dream, or upon waking. Maybe you can connect to the songs of birds. I particularly like the American Robin and Wren songs! ✨🦌💖🦃✨

The Z’s aren’t telling everyone to channel. They are responding to those that are already curious about channelling and want to know how.
