I dont get it...tactical tripod. I have a fair bit of Olight product & its decent stuff, but I just dont see the point of fitting things to small tripod legs. I use an extendable tripod for my Sofirn or BLF LT1 lantern. I fit a 40,000mah Romoss power bank to its base then I have a light portable lantern that stands up to 5.5ft tall. Plug a recharge cable from power bank to lanter on top and I can run 600lm for many, hours camping or at home. Just unscrew the lantern if you want to make it portable. Damn good setup for not much more than a hundred bux.

small tripods are kinda hard to get right apparently,. But large tripods are as well. You got weight, slimness, connection, feet type, release mechanism, ball head type, leg spread, material and as Doc pointed out, adjustment to friction rotation or however it keeps itself upgright and stable.
that leofold, leopold one looks interesting. I think the tactical bar is useful, I do think I'd rather add a bar to an existing tripod that may make a little more sense though. The camera world and the firearm world are seeing a bit of convergence I think. It all boils down to standardized mounting points with varied release and directional configurations.
