      I wouldn’t really really shitty shoulder workout so much other lifts that I way better at targeting and aren’t risky this could injure your shoulders

    It's not a mistake it hits higher on lats and your rear delts . Some people want that targeted . Not everyone wants to row for lats

      Upper lats are the one targeted in tucked position , higher angle means more upper back.
      Lower lats dont work in this way

    That’s not the wrong way! 🙈
    The ”wrong way” targets more midback (rhomboids, mid/lower traps) and posterior shoulder. Great to build stability for benchpress. The ”right” way targets more lats if that’s your goal. And helps more with stability for close grip bench.
    Both can be used depending on your goal. Keep up the work people💪

    if you need help not to flare just have someone hold your elbow in, use a resistance band or fix the form/tight core through and through

    It's not a mistake. If you flare your elbows out , it just becomes a different exercise. Similar to meadows row

    Then don't use a T-bar row Because it has where you flare your elbows out anyway And the other setting is where you can hold your elbows in.

      Also remind them to squeeze or flex the lats as you bring the elbow you cone into the body with the dumbell or bar

    Why is it I dont feel the burn when doing back exercises? And I dont feel the doms the next day? For years I never targeting the back muscles and now it’s difficult for me to focus on it 😢

      Lower the weights and give it time. Also doms usually only come when your body isn’t used to what it just went through. So try something different, maybe do an extra set, or push out more reps than you usually do.

      @@davidmejia4874 I did extra reps that I feel like surpassing my limit but on the last counts I feel it on my other muscle (eg: forearms if I do backrows or biceps if I do pull up machine) so on the next days, I would feel sore on my forearms or biceps but none of my back muscles

      @@melovetolaugh6417 try lowering the weight and focusing on “mind muscle connection” your forearms and biceps are taking over the exercises because your back isn’t strong enough. You can even try a couple of things like starting every exercise slowly moving up in weight. Start light so you can focus on stretching and contracting your back muscles and then move on to heavier weight. For rows I suggest using straps.

    Rows are supposed to work your upper back and middle equally, if you want to hit your middle back just do a vertical pull

      Maybe do both. Five with elbows in, then five with elbows out.

      If you want to target the real delts
      These are one of the best options:
      1-reverse peck deck
      2-face pull with cable
      3-real delt flies with cable
      4- wide grip barbell/dumbbell row
