His back got abs
That was the 1st thing out of my mouth
Real
His abs got back 😅
And a needle in his ass.....lol
That's a filter right?
A belt for lat pull downs is crazy
I have mild scoliosis and i use them for every heavy lift. just in case.
I saw a woman at my gym pulling 20 pounds with hand wraps and a belt 😟
its not like it matters really. maybe he just rocking it like drip.
I was about to say the same lol
Maybe he did rows in the workout aswell?
The last statement he made is something I think all coaches and influencers should be very clear on. Well done👏👏👏
Unless… they are bullshit
Angle of syringe should be 45° or 90° ?
90
actually it’s 30
Aún con eso el esfuerzo debe hacerse. Incluso los que usan esteroides entrenan el doble que los naturales! Es absurdo lo que dices. Sabes lo que significa “Gym respect” ¡no lo creo!
@@kakarotofreefire9698Say you’re not natural without saying you’re not natural.
@@shelfcloud487hahahaha 😅
Thanks Viking Gym Bro
The guy in this video is Petar Klancir, Croatian bodybuilder,IFBB Pro.
Izgledao mi je poznato hehe
@@siberianTiger639 😎
И ја гледам сад баш да л је то он, знам га из неког Бакићевог клипа.
This guys a beast.
Who is he?
@@souravkumar-dl1xg IFBB Pro Petar Klančir
Forget lat pulldowns I want to know this beast’s deadlift
Probably not that much, you don’t get a back like this from doing deadlifts. I doubt he even deadlifts. However, if this guy dedicated an entire year to deadlifts, than it’d be a lot lol.
@@BenedictMorningwoodIVlook at his lower back and spinal erectors. Those things are thick tree trunks. Thats def the sign of someone who does very heavy hyperextension style exercises. Only workout that does that is deadlifts.
@@MrInzombiajust not true tho, good mornings or RDLs or back extensions all target the spinal erectors better
He used to do strongman too. Pulled somewhere between 260/270 kg.
Rdls, stiff legged deadlifts, back extensions have the potential to build strength, goodmorning squats, any squats build the lower back but low bar squats are the best, barbell rows, and rack pulls all are lower back exercises that will help you build a powerful looking lower back. you dont need heavy hyper extension movements because the lower back can't take load the same way any other muscle can so it's better to keep it stiff
@@MrInzombia
I don't even go to the gym, but this video is invaluable as an artist.
How you get your muscles to color-code themselves like that?
Magic
@@bodybuildingcom wild
Magic of editing
If you go into your brain, go to settings, click mainframe, select back, and hit color code
Lots of push ups 😂😂😂
The advice in the end is GOLD.
None of this was true btw
Very clearly explained, very useful for many, thank u so much,
Now i will follow these steps for lats👏
Oh man he is huge. Amazing physique. Incredible Hulk 💥
Yea hes all natural
@@KR0619I hope that you are joking. If Not you are completly stupid
Must be the pulldowns lmao
I love these types of videos. I learn a lot.
Great sound effects. Syncs well.
I'm glad you stated that the differences would be subtle because they're so subtle you won't even notice a difference
Jesús. I have felt this before but when you see it like this it makes so much more sense. Good job man.
Very informative. Thank you
Very helpful. Gave you options instead of telling you what to do right or wrong 👍🏽👍🏽
Amazing!
Absolute unit.
The Best lat pulldown variation is good pullups.
No.
@@lukaslanger8077 your right a needle in the ass is the best Lat pulldown variation.
This is excellent.
thanks for the valuable suggestions
Thank you
Super!! ❤ Thanks for the details!
This guy could give some deadly hugs
Very informative. Thanks !
Man you are one of the best for targeting certain muscles ❤
A monster
بسیارعالی ❤
The wider the grip, does not mean the wider the back. Look at the origin and incersion of the lat muscle. For lats... use an underhand narrow grip. (Slighter narrower than your shoulders) full stretch at the top and then pull to just underneath the pec for full contraction.
That's a bicep isolation workout.
Its more of a bicep compound movement, i totally agree that it hits the bicep, absolutly no question about that. But for a more dominant lat exercise. Its hits different, especially if you til back slightly and bring your hands under the pecs. Its almost like a lat pull through-ish. Bringing the humerous almost in a vertocal plan of motion to the width of the shoulder.
i agree i do this, and Dorian Yates always said it was his fav back exercise, maybe Mojo can educate dorian lol@@joethebarbarian8640
That's not a biceps workout. If your biceps are mostly engaged, it's because you don't squeeze the lats like you should.
@@12Mojothe Lats are for shoulder extension. Tell me how tf you’re doing a pulldown, regardless of the grip, without shoulder extension.
I love bodybuilding.
Welcome to the club 💥
Wide grip targets the traps aswell
This guys physique is out of this world
Thank you very much for this video I feel like it’s going to help me a lot when it comes to my back… any similar ones for shoulders
Great workout
This guy looks like a real beast 🔥
Nice! Thanks
This is why I like to do all of them…I’ll do a set for each grip starting at wide then go to close…then go back out wide
So you do 6 in total? 2 sets of each ?
@@ydrjuliolara9601 yup, and every once in a while I might do a single arm attachment.
tried this out and didnt feel enough emphasis on my chest so just hopped on barbell bench
Really informative
Huge man
I want to know this guys stack seems to be working very well for him I’d like to try it out
Helpful!
Ur videos are amazing 😍
Absolute unit
Got some serious thickness whoever this guy is
THIS IS VERY TRUE CONTROL THE WEIGHT EVERY SET UNTIL FAILURE WITHOUT LOSING FORM YOUR BACK WILL GET WIDE
This is beautiful beastly MAN
Great content 👍
What a beast.
Weighted Pull Ups 🔛🔝
Perform pull-ups very slowly, and you don't need weights.
Fax
@@aliendroneservices6621it’s much better with weights
@@aliendroneservices6621it’s called progressive overload
@@aliendroneservices6621very slowly? Tf does that do.. but you keep doing you, don’t get any bigger or stronger 😂
What are you ☠️☠️☠️☠️☠️☠️ A MONSTER 👑
I like the tearing sound on each concentric motion, very apt to what’s actually going on among weightlifters and calisthenics practitioners. Combine that with fitness influencer mics picking up the micro tears (makes me cringe), I’m left with hope that eventually people will start believing me and listening to me
Ture believable proof.
The muscle mass.
He’s literally got abs on his back
Bunu bilmirdim
Bu qədər dəqqiqlik üçün təşəkkürlər
The last statement was healthy 🤙🏽
This is beautiful bro 😮
Do exactly so he does and only what he does to like just like him 💪
That sound when he pull the bar
Dude is a tank
Everyone struggling to have abs but bro got abs on back ruthless back ...
This man is built like an industrial deep freezer 😳
I do
Wide grip 3 sets 15 reps
Narrow grip 3 sets 15 reps
And mid grip 1 set 15 reps but lift twice heavier
Yeah, this guy is not taking synthetic drugs at all. He’s 💯 completely natural.
Zangief is giving us the master class
thanks for the prestigious moment
Bro science is 🔥
All those back variants target my forearms
Awesome
That's a good back
I'll add this drop the ego guys especially for back lighting the weight and go for the squeeze feel 😊
Sounds like the police chase show narrator guy.
And 1500mg test/week, for the record !
Too much.
Lol I don't get why these guys jump on this stuff
try and you will know why, just 150/week will make you feel alot better physically, leading to also to feel better mentally.@@TheChocolateChamp
Wide grip targets other muscles in the back more than lats
That's cool that this dude still has time to get his workout in after eating villagers all day.
Nandrolone master class 💪😎
The wide grip does not target the lats it targets the teres major, literally made a short about this
Petar Klancir 💪💪💪💪
This guy has a very impressive back
وحش في طريق الى المبيا
Who's the demonstration guy? He looks amazing
For muscle ups 👍🏿🍻
I need to start doing more narrow grip pull-downs.
Mantap 👍👍🇮🇩
This guy is big asf!
Not paying attention to the exercise you're doing im too busy trying to figure out the geometry of your giant muscles 😂😂 looking like the hulk
I usually do medium grip lat pulls first on back days as a warm up. I believe chin-ups to be superior in terms of building your back. Use a weight belt to progressively overload once you can do several at bodyweight.
Pull-ups with over hand grip...Chin ups (underhand grip) Use more biceps
@@monkeyman41333no lmao
Lo amo
Where can I find those straps for A+ grip gain? Great video by the way. I'm getting ready to go to gym now just to do back workout because of this video 😂😂
More Soundeffects than Star Wars VII
damn that's a big boy
Reverse grip is effective for change
5 sets wide 5 sets standing 5 sets close grip on the rack pull. Beat the the muscles up rest/heal wash rinse and repeat.
That is my dream physique
This guy is fucking huge. Has the Kratos build.
Wow bro I didn't know that
it doesnt works outerside of back but our muscles work as whole
