@kokyk392 not rice please. Tuwo is a general name, it could be rice- tuwon shinkafa, corn- tuwon masara, sorghum- tuwon dawa, millet - tuwon gero or tuwon zafi etc

No it's not akamu powder it's corn meal flour,but you can also use this to process akamu
Actually the corn swallow powder that I know is make out of dry corn and little dry cassava which you can get at local market
I usually use the yellow corn meal for my fufu but this white one looks like poundo
