Absolutely wonderful tutorial. You are a master at your craft. Thank you so much for sharing your technique and for providing a link to your findings, this is most appreciated! ❤️🇨🇦
Oops, I'm so sorry, I accidentally deleted my comment when I tried to reply to your comment ☺️. My original comment was " it's raining in Adelaide Australia this morning and what better way to start the day than lying in bed watching your video. Another superb tutorial with a beautiful end product. Thank you for sharing ❤"
Dear Sue, it does not matter! 😊 Thank you so much for your lovely post, it totally made my day and besides, the sun is shining here and the weather is beautiful! ❤😊
I see many ways to do jewelry before. But this way is absolutely outstanding and beautiful. Learn from the best. If i have to make the choice to wear gold jewelry or this for my first date ,yes! i will choose this. DEFINITELY LOVABLE.
I also practiced with waste clay. 😁 It works for me to use a slightly more flexible blade that I can control better. Shave a small area at a time, then you can refine and improve the cut if needed. 😊
This is so lovely. I have that texture and will definitely try this. Your resin work is really exquisite. Thanks for sharing your awesome talent with us.
How durable are the tiny screws? Do they hold fast enough for long term wear? Is the trick to only drill the hole part way then use the screw itself to drill the rest of the way? This is excellent work!
Thank you very much! 😊 The screws hold. The hole diameter is correct if the screw can cut a thread. If you want to be sure, drop a drop of instant glue (e.g. Loctite) and then screw in the screw. 🙂
Amazing! I never thought about using a texture sheet for mokume gane! Deeply etched texture sheets seem hard to find. The link you provided didn't bring up the texture sheet. I'd love to find it.
Thank you! 😊 Unfortunately, the availability of products is constantly changing. I found a webshop where there is it in stock, here is the link: www.munrocrafts.com/Lisa-Pavelka-Texture-Stamp-Cloodle-p/lp-cloodle.htm The shop "Moiko" on Etsy offers mocume gane textures, they are also very nice, here is the link to one: www.etsy.com/listing/1695061037/mokume-gane-texture-1935n-2mm-deep?ga_order=most_relevant&ga_search_type=all&ga_view_type=gallery&ga_search_query=moiko&ref=sr_gallery-1-3&local_signal_search=1&content_source=dc30d0cfe82e53383179672c6bb18f704fb24a31%253A1695061037&search_preloaded_img=1&organic_search_click=1
Thank you very much! 😍 I use the baby powder, maybe you can try it too. 🙂 Is the room warm when you work? In a warm room, the clay will be very soft and sticky! 😔 That's why I often turn on the air conditioner in the summer, then it's much better to work with the clay. I hope I was able to help you. 😊
@@aginekojewelry yes very helpful. I’ll try the baby powder. And it was not warm kinda cool with fall rolling in. I did use my hands a lot that may have warmed it too much. I don’t have a noodle crank thing yet. Thanks for the tip. ❤️

Thank you very much! 🙂 Since you have this texture stamp I hope you will try this technique 🙂👍
@@aginekojewelry I tried it right away. Still need to hone up on my thin slicing skills but it didn't come out too bad!
Super! 👍 I have also practiced shaving a lot, but even now it happens that I make mistakes! You can also see it in the video... 😉
@@aginekojewelry I am practicing with colorful veneers I don't really like but it's prefect for this project. If o don't shave well, no loss!

You have a true gift, the set is so beautiful. As a beginner, is there another way of getting a good, shiny gloss finish without having to use Resin?
Thank you very much! 😊 It will be beautiful even without resin, use the CERNIT Transparent Varnish or the FIMO Gloss Varnish. Apply to the surface in one or two thin layers. 😊
Can I ask what glue you use to attach your findings? I find some glue tends to pop off
I usually use LOCTITE Super Attak glue. I've had problems with adhesives before, but this works well.
