UK diesel locomotive compilation 2010-2013 - With Deltics, Westerns & Warships + many more

- Firstly i must apologise my first attempt at uploading this video last night, i forgot to watch it back and didn't relalise i had some technical difficulties with it. So i had to upload it again. So my sincere apologies to the people who commented or put a like on the old one. Hopefully these problems have now been eradicated.
On to the video it is a compilation video of all things diesel in the last three years. Every year i always seem to upload a compilation video on steam but never diesel. Since i have acquired a lot of footage of varying different classes of diesel locomotive. I thought i would create this video. I have included this weekends railtour involving D1015 Western Champion, where i captured hear arrivng and departing out of Birmingham New Street with the Maybach Meanderer.
All the clips you see are either from the mainline, with locos hauling either railtours, Empty coaching stock, light engine movements or freight trains. A vast amount of footage comes from heritage railways, including the Severn Valley railway, East Lancashire railway, West Somerset railway and the Great Central railway. Takes me back to the days when a diesels sounded brilliant. Reminds me of when I spent time, when I lived in London in the seventies, watching the Deltics, 56's and such thunder through New southgate station. Nostalgia on a cold day in Hull! Many thanks for that great video.
No time to get bored with this one - great stuff. A huge selection of traction (not many classes missing), great variety of rolling stock too and a fantastic range of locations, some pretty, some interesting, some very unusual. Some brief captions(location; working) would be handy but a really entertaining 17 minutes, Thanks.

Lovely compilation. It's the Westerns that do it for me. Hearing them on this transported back to my childhood where i spent a great deal of time watching these beats powering through Sydney Gardens in Bath.

Takes me back to the 70's and our house next to Sonning Cutting and all the times I spent at Reading enjoying the Hydraulics

Great video, so many memories, engines I signed & locations I knew so well, the last clip was the icing on the cake, memories of New St in 75 & 76 as a spotter hoping for a Western on one of the Paddington turns.

Absolutely briliant compilation!! Loving the Deltics and Western. How clos was that Colas 56 with the steel train to be blocked by that XC HST? Loved the triple headed 37s. I could say a lot more, but i would run out of room. But a quick question, what are the two 37s hauling from 08:38 to 08:53? Check my channel to find my own selection of Diesel railtours.
