How many times a day do you check your phone? I feel like I'm on my phone all the time, and according to my screen time data I'm actually correct. So how can we fix this? I decided to replace my phone with a paper and pen as much as possible, and instead of doing everything on my phone; I can just write it down in my notebook!

I am so happy more people are discovering the joy of pocketbooks. At just 17 years old, I have carried a moleskine pocket notebook with blank pages, every single day for almost 4 years. My friends know it as “the little black book” and it has really become stereotypical with my identity. I hope you stick with these long term

Dear Frank, you might probably enjoy writing with a pen, pencil etc. in your hand more, if you change the way you hold your pen, pencil etc.
I‘m by no means an expert but in recent years this topic came to my attention so often, that there seems to be gained a lot of comfort, convenience, satisfaction and success rate in terms of writing pleasure, writing speed, readability, etc.
Im gonna buy a small notebook tomorrow. My life is changing

But dude, you should totally work on the way you are holding your pen/pencil, when writing.
The way you do it will just cause you pain and wrist issues in the long run.

I write most days. I’ve been wanting to try this and use sketchbook for 10 mins every time I think to look at phone but there are times phone for notes and to do does help. So probably still use it for things but when ever I think to scroll to try keep that to once a day.
So.. Firstly.. I have so many notebooks. But what about them? I start doing this on a bigger journal and then give up... But what i realised from this video.. You also wrote a lot of pages like me. I think it's very important to talk with ourselves often cuz of dark thoughts. Also... I wanna try this for real, because if you thought about waisting time... It comes from boredom that biliions and billions of people have.. I have something that i gotta do.. NO! Then opens their phone just to scroll. We don't live meaningful lives anymore and i won't let my phone in stopping me from what i want. Basically a tool for escaping reality...
