Just eat it out of the tin. I used to ride long distance (12 hour) cycle time trials, my support team would hand up plastic cups of rice pudding loosened with a little tinned fruit cocktail, as I rode past at around 20mph, without stopping. Still partial to the odd tin.
Just wanted to say how much I’ve enjoyed watching your vlogs. Especially the drone footage! I was hoping you’d make it to Kerry. Dad was born in Ballybunion. You would have loved the Slea Head drive near Dingle. Hopefully you’ll go back when the weather is better and virus isn’t so widespread. May see you there. Hoping to go back next year for first time in 10 years
Absolutely loved this video. I live in the village of Bruff which you passed through, so all the roads were so familiar. The reason the Garda was standing on the corner in Limerick, is because it’s directly across the road from the city courthouse, and Limerick Prison, and all the gardaí and prison guards cross the road to the ‘Horse and Hound’ ( just visible) for their breakfast !
Wonderful video again , sorry i am late to watch , my Partner suffered a heart attack on Tuesday, had a stent had a bloodclot to one of the main arterys he home now. stay safe and best wishes :)
So sorry to hear about your partner Jackie, that must have been a great scare and worry for you. Glad he is back home and we hope he makes a speedy recovery. Look after yourselves and stay safe 😀
Very beautiful video, glad that Carol was able to kiss the stone. I would have a hard time getting into the position to do that. I have a lower back injury, sometimes difficult. Enjoy your lovely dinner. Take care be safe.
Beautiful, I loved Ireland although I only did from Dublin north round to Galway and back to Dublin, so I have still the southern part to look forward to
I’ve so enjoyed all your videos in Life is Short. I’m taking delivery of my recently converted camper an on Tuesday and very excited about my new life! I’m way,way past bus pass age and will be travelling with my lovely English Pointer dog called Dot - very exciting. My intention is to spend a while in Ireland - that is where I was born but I left in1968 and only went back occasionally but I now have an Airbnb in Ballycastle. I’ll use Ballycastle as a base in between bookings and will use your and Carol’s route for ideas. I never really got to know Ireland much as my mother was Scottish and we only ever went to Scotland for holidays. Thank you so much for all the ideas, smiles and pleasure.
Hi Sandie great to hear you are getting your van on Tuesday. i’m sure you and Dot are going to absolutely love it. A campervan is the perfect way to explore any area in depth. The ability to go at your own pace is very relaxing. Having that Airbnb to return to every now and then will be perfect. Enjoy yourselves. 👍
Too much salt is probably bad for you however food these days is so bland because of the war against it. Everything instantly tastes better with a little seasoning, even bland tinned food can be made to taste nice.
Beautiful video. Blarney Castle is amazing. Carol I cant believe you hung upside down and kissed the Blarney stone. This is the best way for me to travel now. Thank you.
Hi The “Music Used “ section in the description section is brilliant.....I wish more UA-camrs would do it. I’m slowly catching up as I’m am following yours travels in strict date order.👍
👣 Stephanie 🌹 Rose here from, FLORIDA🌴, MERRY CHRISTMAS🎄 I love that you put that little map in the video. I live in the United States and it makes me know where you're at Thank you💖
Hey there, I don’t know why but the mealtimes of your adventures really are some of my fave parts of the vlogs! Everything always looks so scrummy! So love this Ireland series, thank you! ❤️🐚
Another amazing video. Carol your a super star 💫 cooking & talking about your travels & doing videos it’s lovely to see how you have embraced the many challenges along the way. Ken your calm voice & editing is as always a joy to watch & listen too. Such a shame that you didn’t get to experience the real Ireland due to Covid. I sincerely hope that in the future you can revisit in your camper & enjoy all that Ireland has to offer. I hope you don’t mind? but a gentle suggestion for some future videos, 1 what worked best ( ie- items you took with you) 2, What you would change? (ie- essential items you wished for along the way) 3, The most important things you wished you had prepared for? 4, 10 items you could not do without? Or would recommend 5, 10 items you took but never used or really needed? 6, 10 essential things for travel in a small camper van. Ken & Carol that will give you lots to think about while you’re back in UK 🇬🇧. Kindest regards to you both
Thanks for the suggestions Sandra. We intend to produce a video about our first year and what we learned 👍. We are always open to suggestions and ideas for making them better to watch 👍👍👍
I do hope you return to Ireland. When you go to the south be sure to go to Tralee. Then onto Dingle via Connor Pass, Spectacular! Also Inch Beach which was in Ryan’s Daughter. Also check out Kenmare on the Ring of Kerry. Also Muckross House outside of Killarney. Which also has a wonderful moss forest just near there. Going further down south check out the Bere Peninsula. Has an island at the end of it. Also large Buddhists temple there. Check out Glengarith. Also Bantry....with Bantry House. Then a beautiful little place Glandore. I live in Oz but my family were from Ireland.
What a good idea to show the map now and then. Pitty that you did not do that in earlier vlogs. Great vlog again. Thanks to you we bought the ridge monkey and used it quit often.
Yes the maps are helpful for people to place where we are and I will do my best to include them from now on. We always appreciate feedback on how the films can be improved and they were added following feedback in the past. I am learning fast what works and its a shame I didn’t include them from the start. Glad you liked the ridge monkey 👍
Another great video guys ,loving them. Watching from south east Ireland (Wexford). Is the cooking stove heavy on gas ? Just allowing for all our expenses when we go on out first trip soon. 😊
Glad you are enjoying the videos. We have been using gas just for cooking for 60 days since we last filled up and we still have 4 lights on the gauge so it is very economical.
You had my head swimming at the Blarney Stone. I went to visit some years back and was determined to kiss the stone. But I hadn't realised what was involved. My knees were already shaky when I got to the top of the tower, but when I found out about the lying down and leaning out over the chasm my stomach started churning. I stood back and let others in the queue go in front until I finally got the courage to do it. The guys who supervise you were so patient with me. Watching this brought it all back.
Still enjoying your Irish videos, sorry another query tho, I notice you have a little window that opens in one of your side windows, was this extra with Sussex as my van doesn’t have this ? Thanks, Brenda
I was at the Grange with my sister on a trip to Ireland. We got to go inside. Fascinating. Our guide was fantastic. We still talk about how much he added to our experience.
Great video. I live approx 4 miles from Kilmallock. The tower ye passed thru after turning right on the main street is called Blossom Gate, part of the old townwalls The armed Garda you mentioned at the start was probably on duty for the courthouse, which is after the left turn on the opposite side of the road. The jail is directly after that.
Very nice my friends well getting better day by day now i have the pacemaker helps, glad ye are still ouring although i think u are n.ow in firest of dean
So much to like in this video, I was engrossed throughout. Not sure who would have been most taken aback, you or the courting couple. My favourite part was Blarney gardens and castle, I had no idea that you had to go to such lengths to kiss the stone. Not surprised you left that to Carol, what a good sport.
Kissing that stone was not for me 😏. Cheers Mike hope the NC500 is going well. Its going to be a cracking series folks so check out the Wee Broon van if you have not watched them yet 👍👍👍
We thought it was odd but didn’t see any explanation. I guess it was to be near the dining hall and when you’re king of the castle you get what you want 😁
I didn't want that vlog to end, it was so great to tag along with you two ! Beautiful choral music for your walk around the gardens, I'm loving sharing all your trips. Thank you both for your uploads, and it's fast becoming a camp-cooking channel too, very useful! Looking forward to the next one now! 😀
Like everywhere now covid seems to be getting worse so I am not surprised. The place was better than I thought it would be. We enjoyed your live. We have watched a few channels doing them and it is often a mess. I think you have a good format going there 👍.
Thank you both for a very interesting tour of Ireland. I’ve really enjoyed it and hope you can return again. Good tip with the fairy liquid spray! I couldn’t find the link to your NV200 review. It’s surely me not you. All the best planning for your next adventure.
Hi Louise it’s not you. I have added the links to the description now. Depending on what you are watching them on determines if you get to see an embedded link or not. I had not thought about people who couldn’t see the links 👍
Drooling over your main meal then the rice pudding came out and my stomach turned 🤣 I won’t be in the same room as my husband when he eats his rice pudding 🤣 I loved this vlog thank you iv sent the link to my daughter …iv not got through all your content …..have you been to Scotland I don’t see anything ….I’m Scottish living in England at the moment …..I was thinking when you were trying to pronounce place names I smiled to myself thinking I wonder how they would pronounce some of the Scottish places 🤣 x
Enjoy watching your adventures and following you both around the country, thanks for letting us share in your adventures . Love your choice of music in the castle.👍🏴🏴🏴🏴👍🏴🏴🏴🏴👍
I liked that track as it fits well with the legend of the seven sisters. That reminds me I need to add a list of the music used to the details in case someone asks 👍
Carol is so admirably tenacious when it comes to cooking in the van! Hats off! :) Calming my mind to see my sweet Éire at Her best, well mostly. :) ,,Be patient like a tree (...)" as one of our teachings say but I only wish I can be! :P Ken saying 'creepy' is just bloody priceless! XD Carol got all my respect with kissing the Blarney-stone! Super-badass move! :D Those 'faces' quite scary too! :P Noticed just in this re-run 'courting couple'! What a gentleman you are, Ken! XD Cork also interests me, hopefully, I can get a view soon! :) Epic dronescapism about the woods! bear hugs, Kata
Hey Carol & Ken! Missed you guys videos so much, was moving to a new home, and now back at it! Carol was a true amazon again! Kissing the Blarney Stone! Wow! :D You guys make the best vids of Ireland! I can't wait to go there! If you come to Budapest (Hungary) anytime just let me know! Have fun you two! :) Big bear hugs from your ever well-wisher friend, Kata
Thank you so much Kata. If I had known how tough it would be to kiss the stone I might have had second thoughts 😛 We would love to visit Hungary one day. Take care, best wishes from Carol😀
What fabulous shots of Blarney Castle all the way through! I'll never get there in my life, and now I've seen it!! Thanks to Carol & Ken& the Little Red Camper.
Absolutely brilliant as expected..Carol u are a brave woman..My husband and I have caught up on every video you have made here in Ireland, Uk, Spain and France folks. You give us escapism with your great adventures loved them all ..Keep safe.xxx
To Travel Trolls and Life is too short. A MASSIVE Thank you for visiting Ireland and especially for such informative and entertaining videos about Ireland. You both are an major asset for promoting Irish tourism. You've highlighted places some Irish have not even heard of. We are sorry it had to end this way but I think I can speak for every Irish person, that both Life is too short and Travel Trolls are welcome back anytime and the first pint is on the house! ;-D
What a lovely message. We had a great time and it was watching Travel Trolls adventure over there that gave us the push to cross the water. Sad to see the Trolls leaving but needs must. We will come back for more for sure 👍❤️
Brilliant. So relaxing watching that video. Scary position to kiss the Blarney stone, didn't realise it was an overhang. Thoroughly enjoyed the episode. Thanks for the hard work producing it.
Glad I found your videos. Me, my sister, and our cousin have a trip to Ireland planned next year, hoping it won't be canceled. These are the places we will be visiting and we are renting a car. I will be watching your other videos. Very well done.
My wife and I have really enjoyed your videos and watching you both drive around Ireland in a small camping van. My parents were Irish and I am born and raised in Canada. We completed a bus tour of Ireland in 2015 with our adult children and that was a great trip but I love the freedom and independence that comes with driving the camping van. We loved watching the countryside roll by and the drone footage!!
we have done a couple of bus tours so we know what you mean when you say they’re not as flexible as driving around in a camper van. Glad you both enjoyed the videos Michael 🙂👍
I have been following you for a while. That cozy little van and your endeavours are really enchanting. Some day I will be following your footsteps. Both of you are inspirational.
Again another superb video Ken and Carol. The music accompanying the video is always fantastic and very fitting to what we are watching I feel. And another great supper Carol. :)
Thanks Spiral. The music is all licensed from Artlist but I got a copyright claim on this one which delayed its release. All cleared but still a pain to deal with.
Enjoyed tour of Blarney Castle ,Climbed it few times in my teens with cousins from England .Last time I panicked ,I was a bit older and really couldnt look down .Now in my 60s It was lovely to see the grounds and castle again .My wedding photos have the castle in backround. We see the castle alot from a distance as we live few miles away and go to blarney alot .Christys woolen mills and hotel have lovely cafe restaurant and Shop for irish crafts and waterford cut glass,Blarney is a v nice vllage.
Although I am new to your Vlogs, your are doing amazing team work, great history teller, and fantastic film makings, I enjoy so much Like am traveling by your sides. Thank you 🙏 Stay safe .
Enjoyed the Blarney Castle & Carol kissing the stone . We chose not to go inside when we were there a couple of years ago because of the difficult climb & seeing your video I’m glad we didn’t 👍
I expect you know but Sussex Campervans have just bought out an all electric van that runs off a lithium battery. They have two videos out on it so far. It would not suit you or us because it relies purely on charging from home or campsites/ charging stations etc. I am surprised they they did not include a solar panel with it but there must be a reason off that. Anyway it’s an interesting watch since yours and their channel seem to be the only ones focussing on the NV200 ❤️👍🏻🚘
Yes we have seen their videos on the new van and it certainly is a good looking one. Electric wouldn’t work for our style of camping but one day it probably will when range matches diesel. Heating would be a problem for us as we like winter weather just as much as the sun. 👍
Thank you so much for sharing your trip, it was so enjoyable to watch. You have both got such calm demeanours and voices, it is therapy for those of in lockdown AGAIN! Dublin calling.
That was lovely Carol and Ken i was happy you got yo see Adare its really beautiful there almost takes you back in time just walking around , thanks again for a wonderful video.
Great tour of the castle! Visiting castles on my trips to Scotland was such an amazing trip for me as we do not have them in Wisconsin. I just couldn’t see enough of them. Almost every day we saw a different one. Absolutely love them. Each one has its own “personality” character. Can’t wait to go back. The faces remind me of death masks. I’d never seen one until I saw Mary queen of Scott’s death mask. Creepy. Thanks for the video
Absolutely beautiful video Ken & Carol. The castle was amazing and 👏🏻👏🏻 are given to you both in climbing all those steep narrow stairs! 👍 for Carol kissing the Blarney Stone! Both of you really capture the essence so brilliantly in all you see and Ken your narration in wonderful!! Hats off to you both. Best wishes Sue, Brian and The Westies👍🐶🐾😀
As usual another superb video with great music, drone footage, commentary, content and a phenomenal ability for mixing them all up to get a first class result. Top notch - thank you.
Always interested in seeing what month/day it is on all your videos due to Covid and whether or not masking etc are being implemented. I been watching another Irish video from Dublin within the same time frame as these videos and it seemed to be about 50%. participation. Sadly, here in the states, far too many still haven't figured it out yet. Safe travels!
another enjoyable video, I have to say you really have mastered using the available space in your small van, you make it look very comfortable, I just wondered why your reluctant to give your contact details at sites your visiting after all its for your benefit should it need to be used?
We support the requirement for people to give their details when visiting sites but we made a decision to actually just avoid those places at the point of entry. We got caught out at Blarney Castle because they require details at the base of the tower, not when you pay to go in. We were trying to avoid being asked to self isolate whilst on the tour just because someone else may have fallen ill. The logic was if we avoided such a place entirely we were doing our bit to help. Now that we have track and trace apps there is less risk of being caught up in something as the apps monitor your proximity to an infected person. When we were there it was a scattergun system. Self isolating in such a small van would have been impossible and so we had contact with very few people and with nobody for more than 15 minutes.
Loved Blarney Castle and grounds. My stomach turned over when you first got to the top X Well done Carol kissing the Blarney Stone X Thank you for sharing your wonderful journeys with us X
Loved the drone footage. Last year same day 7 of us were at blarney castle. There were lots more people there at that time than when you were there this September. I adore Ireland so this has been a beautiful arm chair tour for me. I’ve been watching your earlier videos of this trip too. Take care! Mary
The Irish certainly know how to get the money out of you. Who would have thought to put a stone at the top of a castle and charge people to kiss it? Lol. :) Great view from the top all the same, worth the climb. Never been to Limerick, but it is supposed to be one of the wettest cities in Ireland. Have you watched "Angela's Ashes" based in Limerick? Garda in Irish Gaelic is pronounced "Gardee". I need to get a Ridge Monkey, been looking at them for a while. I thought the route you are taking back to the UK would be the best option as it's a long way up to Belfast just to drive down south again. Nice scenery and picturesque towns. Many thanks. 👍🏼
The Blarney stone has made a bob or two over the years that is for sure. I don’t mind as its one heck of a memory we will have in years to come. Yes we have seen that film its a good one. The Ridge monkey is very good but I wish they were bigger. Ours is the largest but its still too small really. There are other bigger makes on Amazon but then again its size is probably an advantage in such a small van when it comes to storing it. Yes the route from Rosslare to Fishguard made more sense 👍
Great to see two people enjoying Ireland so much ....don't stop making these videos ..
Thanks Gerry. It wasn't hard, Ireland was great 😀
Just eat it out of the tin. I used to ride long distance (12 hour) cycle time trials, my support team would hand up plastic cups of rice pudding loosened with a little tinned fruit cocktail, as I rode past at around 20mph, without stopping. Still partial to the odd tin.
What a wonderful place Ireland is, such rich history. Again Carol comes top of the class in campervan cooking. 🍷🍺👍🏼
Carol is a diamond Chris 👍
Just wanted to say how much I’ve enjoyed watching your vlogs. Especially the drone footage! I was hoping you’d make it to Kerry. Dad was born in Ballybunion. Those are such beautiful places in Co. Cork. Good on you Carol, for kissing the blarney stone! The climb up to it must have given you two an appetite!
Come back to Ireland soon, really loved you're travel experiences and adventures.
We will be back Gwen. Lots more to see yet 👍
Very beautiful video, glad that Carol was able to kiss the stone. I would have a hard time getting into the position to do that. I have a lower back injury, sometimes difficult. Enjoy your lovely dinner. Take care be safe.
Excellent account of the various places to visit on a visit to Ireland, I'm sure the Tourist board are loving you.
Beautiful, I loved Ireland although I only did from Dublin north round to Galway and back to Dublin, so I have still the southern part to look forward to
Brilliant video as usual
thanks very much👍
I’ve so enjoyed all your videos in Life is Short. I’m taking delivery of my recently converted camper an on Tuesday and very excited about my new life! 👍
Go easy on the salt
Too much salt is probably bad for you however food these days is so bland because of the war against it. Everything instantly tastes better with a little seasoning, even bland tinned food can be made to taste nice.
Another well produced and edited vlog Ken. went to Blarney castle many years ago unlike Carol did not kiss the Blarney stone. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks. It was a good day out. I didn’t fancy it but Carol had obviously set her heart on it and is glad she did it 👍
Love the map showing where you are it’s a great visual aid⭐️
Good to hear Michelle. People were asking for a map and it does help to roughly place where we are 👍
Yeah....I’m not going up the Blarney Castle. OMG my claustrophobia was in overdrive just watching this.
We took the hit for you (well Carol did but somebody had to do the filming 😏👍)
Glad you could stand and cook for this one.
Beautiful video. Blarney Castle is amazing. Carol I cant believe you hung upside down and kissed the Blarney stone. This is the best way for me to travel now. Thank you.
I couldn’t have gone all that way and not done the traditional thing. So glad I did it although I was in two minds! Thanks for watching 🙂
That's grand. I showed the castle to my daughter. She never went inside actually. very well done.
Hi
The “Music Used “ section in the description section is brilliant.....I wish more UA-camrs would do it.

👣 Stephanie 🌹 Rose here from, FLORIDA🌴, MERRY CHRISTMAS🎄 I love that you put that little map in the video. I live in the United States and it makes me know where you're at Thank you💖
Hi Stephanie Rose. We do try to include maps in all our travel videos. Merry Christmas to you in sunny Florida 🎄😀
Yeah. Blarney... Being there, done that too.... Hehehe.... Make a wish....
I hope the wish worked 👍
Hey there, I don’t know why but the mealtimes of your adventures really are some of my fave parts of the vlogs! Everything always looks so scrummy! So love this Ireland series, thank you! ❤️🐚

3, The most important things you wished you had prepared for?
4, 10 items you could not do without? Or would recommend

I hope yous come back next year 😊ignore the people that didn't make your stay welcome 🍀🇮🇪 most off us are happy to have you back any time ☺️🤗
We will ignore them and come back. Thanks 👍
Loving your vlogs, with Covid-19 I haven't been able to get back to Ireland to visit family and friends. Its lovely to see places I know so well.
Good to hear Annette. One day we will be able to visit again and Covid will be under control 👍
What a good idea to show the map now and then. Pitty that you did not do that in earlier vlogs. Great vlog again.

Still enjoying your Irish videos, sorry another query tho, I notice you have a little window that opens in one of your side windows, was this extra with Sussex as my van doesn’t have this ? Thanks, Brenda
Yes I think it was an extra cost.
I was at the Grange with my sister on a trip to Ireland. We got to go inside. Fascinating. Our guide was fantastic. We still talk about how much he added to our experience.
A guided tour sounds really interesting. Glad you enjoyed your trip to Ireland 🙂

Go Carol! Fearless!
Great video guys, thank you for sharing.
Very nice. I too thought it was scary at the top of the castle. And again I love Carol’s cooking. You both eat very delicious and healthy food.
Thanks Lee 👍
Very nice my friends well getting better day by day now i have the pacemaker helps, glad ye are still ouring although i think u are n.ow in firest of dean

Hi is your ridge monkey a XL or a a standard one please, I’m after on for my micro camper
Ours is the compact XL. There is an Amazon link in the video description if you are interested ☺️
loved that video, very well shot, edited and very informative.
Thanks Peter, glad you enjoyed it 👍🙂

Do they tell you why the kitchen is at the top of the castle? Seems a very odd place for it.
We thought it was odd but didn’t see any explanation. I guess it was to be near the dining hall and when you’re king of the castle you get what you want 😁
Great video again Thanks for sharing
You’re welcome Declan 😀

I read that kissing the stone had been stopped because of covid so we never went. Wish we had now. Mazzy kissed it as a child.
Like everywhere now covid seems to be getting worse so I am not surprised. The place was better than I thought it would be. We enjoyed your live. We have watched a few channels doing them and it is often a mess. I think you have a good format going there 👍.
Can't believe ye skipped kerry and West Cork. Some of the most spectacular and beautiful areas of Ireland
We will be back to see those areas another time 😀
@@LifeistooshortCK you won't be disappointed, great vids enjoyed them

Cannot wait to visit the Blarney Castle.
Well worth a visit Michele. Let’s hope attractions like the Blarney Castle can stay open during this period of increasing restrictions.
Been there done that lol ☘️🇮🇪☘️

@@LifeistooshortCK it was. Looking forward to the Cobh one. I went last year after a ten year gap... xx
Videos are very well put together.
Thanks macker33 😀
I live in Inniscarra.
Lovely place 👍
Adare lives up to its reputation!
yes a very pretty place indeed 👍
Enjoy watching your adventures and following you both around the country, thanks for letting us share in your adventures . Love your choice of music in the castle.👍🏴🏴🏴🏴👍🏴🏴🏴🏴👍
I liked that track as it fits well with the legend of the seven sisters. That reminds me I need to add a list of the music used to the details in case someone asks 👍
That was fun!
Thanks Anne 😀👍
Thanks Kata. We are all learning the patience of trees during this lockdown 😊
We watch loads of youtube and always appreciate it when people show us the places they visit. We try to pay that back 👍
Love it. I was there in 2015. I want to retire in Ireland
Thank you for your informative commentary. Very enjoyable 🦋✨🇮🇪🇺🇸
Thank you Agatha 👍
Absolutely brilliant as expected..Carol u are a brave woman..My husband and I have caught up on every video you have made here in Ireland, Uk, Spain and France folks. You give us escapism with your great adventures loved them all ..Keep safe.xxx
Thank you Mary. That was a lot of watching. Thanks for your support 👍
Thank you Danny. Glad you enjoyed it.
Loved it! The music playing while you explored around Blarney Castle was perfection. Carol is a brave lady!
Thanks Lorri, if I had known it was going to be that much of a stretch I might have had second thoughts 😂
Glad I found your videos. Me, my sister, and our cousin have a trip to Ireland planned next year, hoping it won't be canceled. These are the places we will be visiting and we are renting a car. I will be watching your other videos. Very well done.
Glad you are enjoying the videos Sherri and finding them useful. Hope you get to visit Ireland next year, it’s a wonderful place.
Thanks Rajesh. Hope you can realise your dream soon, it’s great to travel 😀
luv your video
very interesting the history.
yummy 😋 steak which i can't have but the rest veggies I can except for sprouts.
take care.
Thanks Moira 😀
Glad the video triggered some pleasant memories for you Siobhan 👍
Lol re courting couple - pitfalls of vlogging
Embarrassing but I can think of safer places 😏😁.
Although I am new to your Vlogs, your are doing amazing team work, great history teller, and fantastic film makings, I enjoy so much Like am traveling by your sides. Thank you 🙏 Stay safe .
Thank you Mahin. 🙂
many thanks, guy's, thoroughly enjoyable video. stay well and safe good luck for your next journey. Hugh
Cheers Hugh 👍
Enjoyed the Blarney Castle & Carol kissing the stone . We chose not to go inside when we were there a couple of years ago because of the difficult climb & seeing your video I’m glad we didn’t 👍
I am glad I didn’t do it but happy that Carol did as it makes a nice memory 😏👍
Thank you for the video. We visited Blarney in 2019. Wonderful reminder of the beauty of that region.
You are welcome 👍
Therapy is good and if it helps to bring a bit of calm then even better 👍
Absolutely stunning place and wow yet again your meals are so yummy thank you Carol and Ken you make me happy by uploading your adventures 😀
Cheers Nidge. 👍
Excellent as usual. Nice observation re the Garda stations, a definite retrograde step in the UK. Shame u missed Cork, a lovely city.
Its a shame we missed so many towns but we will come back when Covid is back in its box. We missed the whole social side this time. 👍
That was lovely Carol and Ken i was happy you got yo see Adare its really beautiful there almost takes you back in time just walking around , thanks again for a wonderful video.
Glad you enjoyed it Shaun 😀
Great tour of the castle! Visiting castles on my trips to Scotland was such an amazing trip for me as we do not have them in Wisconsin. I just couldn’t see enough of them. Almost every day we saw a different one. Absolutely love them. Each one has its own “personality” character. Can’t wait to go back. The faces remind me of death masks. I’d never seen one until I saw Mary queen of Scott’s death mask. Creepy. Thanks for the video
Glad you enjoyed it Marie 🙂👍
Enjoying your journey and vlogs very much, always look forward to the next video.
Thanks Gillian 👍
Absolutely beautiful video Ken & Carol. The castle was amazing and 👏🏻👏🏻 are given to you both in climbing all those steep narrow stairs! 👍 for Carol kissing the Blarney Stone! Both of you really capture the essence so brilliantly in all you see and Ken your narration in wonderful!! Hats off to you both. Best wishes Sue, Brian and The Westies👍🐶🐾😀
Thank you Sue & Brian. Very kind of you to say so. ❤️
As usual another superb video with great music, drone footage, commentary, content and a phenomenal ability for mixing them all up to get a first class result. Top notch - thank you.
Thanks John. Glad you enjoyed it 👍
Always interested in seeing what month/day it is on all your videos due to Covid and whether or not masking etc are being implemented. I been watching another Irish video from Dublin within the same time frame as these videos and it seemed to be about 50%. participation. Sadly, here in the states, far too many still haven't figured it out yet. Safe travels!
In Ireland we noticed different levels of compliance in different locations. If the numbers rise radically people will soon mask up. 👍
What an enjoyable video. Your films are lovely to watch. Your voice is so peaceful
Thanks Frankie 🙂👍
Another great Video from Ken & Carol....I get more envious every view.......
Thanks Gerry 👍
another enjoyable video, I have to say you really have mastered using the available space in your small van, you make it look very comfortable, I just wondered why your reluctant to give your contact details at sites your visiting after all its for your benefit should it need to be used?
Our stomachs turned as well when we got to the top. The walls are fairly low up there and the big hole by the blarney stone was horrendous 😏👍
Loved the drone footage. Last year same day 7 of us were at blarney castle. There were lots more people there at that time than when you were there this September. I adore Ireland so this has been a beautiful arm chair tour for me. I’ve been watching your earlier videos of this trip too. Take care! Mary
Thank you Mary for watching the tour 👍
That is a fine golf course and weather obsession is an Irish stereotype
I bet it costs a few bob. It was us who were getting the obsession 😏👍
@@LifeistooshortCK €350 for a round of golf in Adare minimum...
Eoin O'Neill so parking the camper on the fairway might be frowned upon then 😏👍
Great Job!! Enjoy your videos!! What a surprise to see no line at Blarney Castle.
Very quite there Tom. Wouldn’t fancy climbing that tower if there was a queue 👍
Thanks for giving us a great coverage of Blarney Castle. I am sad that your Irish adventure is coming to an end.
So are we Del. We look forward to coming back for series 2 👍
The Irish certainly know how to get the money out of you. Who would have thought to put a stone at the top of a castle and charge people to kiss it? Lol. :)
Great view from the top all the same, worth the climb.
Garda is singular, Gardai is plural!
