I have the feeling you guys are constantly working/ shooting content and running errands to maintain a healthy life, so when I watched this vlog I was like “oh good, they get to be “off” a little bit and rest”. Clayton is so sweet and caring! My boyfriend is just like him. I wish everybody could have this kind of relationship ♡
The way you prefaced the sit down conversation about your procedure was so kind and so thoughtful of you. You’re such a sweet person. I have a fake tooth in the same spot and I’ve always thought of it as something unique about me 🤍😊
You're so right about how teeth abnormalities are a life time thing. From braces to extractions to Marilyn bridge to that falling out and back to a retainer.. ugh 😩
You did such a great job of explaining this - I recently had a double gum graft surgery and it was about 2 months recovery until I could 100% eat normally again. A few foods that I really enjoyed in addition to the ones you mentioned were yogurt, cottage cheese, mashed sweet potatoes, frozen mango blended with oat milk (like ice cream), annie's organic mac and cheese, and vega one shakes for some additional nutrients
These videos just bring me so much joy and peace. I turned it on on the way home from work, it was a stressful day and this immediately calmed me. Love you guys 🤍
Seeing this super late since I was searching for vids on the healing process - I was surprised to see you pop up since I follow you on IG and had no idea you had this done! I had a gum graft 7 years ago and have to get it redone soon. Since it’s not my first rodeo, I know what to expect, but still like to mentally prepare myself beforehand…it was a really long and painful healing process for me last time so I’m hoping it’ll be better this time. Thanks for normalizing dental issues since it seems like no one talks about this stuff irl.
I have had multiple gum grafts and I never healed as well as you did. I truly believe you and Clayton’s healthy diet and lifestyle are game changers. Thank you so much for sharing 💗
Teeth issues are the most stressful thing girl so thank you for bringing attention to it!💕Love you & Clayton together, you’re such a great team! You guys remind me of me and my bf💗 Hope to make my channel as inspiring as yours 🙏
OMG! You are so brave to show all this! I chipped a tooth really badly 2 years ago and had to get a crown. I was soooooo traumatized! I felt like I've lost my smile forever! Although the crown is decent, it's not the same and I still struggle to show my teeth when I smile. I also had to get invisalign to alight everything. You've inspired me to perhaps go somewhere else for an evaluation to see if I could get a better looking tooth? Anyhow, safe recovery. Great video!
Awh thank you for saying that very kind of you! Your smile is beautiful I’m sure of it!! But yes can be really helpful to find someone you feel really understands you and your smile concerns etc! Wishing you all the luck and sending my love ✨💖
I’m so happy you shared this story! I’m a dental hygienist which is why I’ve been so interested in your smile. But I’m also missing congenitally missing my two front teeth on the bottom and need an implant. I’m hoping I don’t need any grafting but we’ll see
Thank you for sharing this ❤️ I now have two implants (my two front teeth on top) and struggled so much throughout school with insecurity. It’s so brave of you to share your experience
I finally got my implant in Oct 2021 and it took a whole year. I got a sinus lift and the implant. I have 2 other missing teeth where I would need a bone graft etc. It’s the best feeling finally getting the implant!!
I know you are longer post-surgery now but still wishing you all the healing & positive vibes! ✨ also - that fruit and veggie idea is so great! Never thought about mixing fresh fruits and veggies, then freezing them and when you need it add liquid to make a smoothie. So convenient and a great meal prep idea :)!
Thank you so so much for doing this! Did you experience any bruising or yellowing? If so, how long did it last? When did you finally feel like your mouth was "back to normal"?
I am so glad that you uploaded this! This is extremely helpful and I have a surgery coming up and felt like no one could relate, so thank you for sharing. Im still anxious lol But it's good to know I'm not alone.
Don’t feel alone sweetie. I had the same surgery for my tooth implant about a year ago and was back to eating my regular foods the next day, but only on the opposite side of my mouth. It’s not that bad!
I’m going through the same thing just about. Had a flipper in HS too. The dentist placed my first implant improperly and the gum line was really high. Now im getting another implant w/ additional bone grafting and gingival graft
Delaney just now seeing this and I love u ! I live in Riverside and we need to be friends !! The more videos I like of you and your boo the more I tell myself how much I like you! I was born with dental abnormalities, the 1st molars within my smile I was born without. So I will have to get implants or bridges for all my 1st molars. It has caused self confidence problems I still feel beautiful but like u said it’s a journey . Love you ❤️ And also love the smoothies ! Share more recipes. Health is better than wealth so I just love the sharing of the smoothies and recipes I’m a foodie
Thank you for so much for making this. I have my roots showing at the back of my front central teeth and I am so scared of having to have gum graft done on 6 of my teeth that are showing the root all on the bottom central at the back of my teeth, though I keep checking my teeth everyday as I am terrified of the roots being exposed even more or the gum thinning that people think I am obsessed with looking at my mouth in the mirror, and I've been with the dentist twice in the matter of two months because I am that scared and had to have the tartar taken off and my teeth smoothed out and may have to ring up again to have it done since my teeth are still showing yellow and becoming unsmooth, and I am scared of them suggesting gum grafts because I hate to be awake for any kind of procedure and would be too scared to eat and drink thinking I am going to move the graft with my tongue.
Natural! I don’t think I could subject myself to the veneers process after having done all this! I don’t want any extra dental work lol 😂 but I do think veneers can look really nice!!
I have pain between my teeth but there is not cavities. But everytime I eat acidic foods such as tomato sauce, vinaigrette...it hurts. I wonder if I should get gum graft or composite bonding? What's your advice on this?
Any fitness videos or swimsuit hauls coming soon? Appreciate all your content and your insight whenever you have the time thank you! Hope your surgery went well. As part of my health routine I try to eat at least a couple servings of Veggies so thanks for the inspiration. For fruits my favorites are Avocados and Bananas. Hope you both are doing well.

Teeth abnormalities are real and is sad that our insurance doesn’t cover it but they will cover a surgery that cost over forty to fifty thousand dollars and all other sort of body implants. What about beast implants is that cosmetic too…. They shouldn’t be allowed to show that word on any insurance coverage… if a person needs proper prosthetics to eat and stay healthy then they should cover.
Props to Clayton for being such a great partner. So sweet
He is a great guy
You two are so blessed to have each other ✨ so much love, it’s inspiring and so wholesome.

You think he spent more time thinking about her or what color to paint his nails like a f@g?

Great smoothie ideas! Add kiwifruit they help it taste better
“Kiwifruit”…. You mean just kiwi since there isn’t kiwimeat? You also say tuna fish too huh
Great blog thank you for doing this even though you are recovering .lots of love
Just had to get a gun graft and have been feeling meh/down, watching this really helped.
Awh that warms my heart! Not fun stuff but you’ll feel so much better soon! ♥️
Are your existing teeth natural or veneers? I'm about to go through gum surgery? This helped ❤
Natural! I don’t think I could subject myself to the veneers process after having done all this! I don’t want any extra dental work lol 😂 but I do think veneers can look really nice!!
where did you get your kf95 masks??! this vlog was so relaxing for some reason haha
Going through the same thing ...gotta be a Italian thing ....same tooth...!!!😟😟❤️
I have pain between my teeth but there is not cavities. But everytime I eat acidic foods such as tomato sauce, vinaigrette...it hurts. I wonder if I should get gum graft or composite bonding? What's your advice on this?
Why are you asking her? she ain’t a dentist 🤣🤣
The smoothie is good for gut health because it’s full of prebiotics. Prebiotic=fiber. Also, gut health directly affects the brain. 🧠🌈♥️
Praying for you….. 💗
