- "Highland Cathedral", performed on the Great Highland Bagpipes by Gemma Briggs and Organ by Amy Cerniglia, music director of Peace Presbyterian Church Lakewood Ranch.
Highland Cathedral is actually a German tune composed by Uli Roever and Michael Korb. It has become one of the most popular tunes played on the bagpipes, and most bagpipers have it cemented in their repertoire.
This arrangement is from the book "Highland Cathedral" by James D. Weatherald, an anthology of tunes arranged for organ and bagpipes.
Thank you to Peace Presbyterian Lakewood Ranch for use of the space. I love playing with other musicians, and I love that the organ is one of the only instruments you don't need to amplify to play bagpipes with.

Is it me or the bass drone looked super long. Mine always lies 50 degree towards the back and hangs very low. I heard it happens to 1 of every 3 men.
