Hey, although your movement looks very nice and clean, I would suggest to jump off your hands, instead of just letting your feet drop to the ground. Almost like you where doing a back handspring. Cuz if you were jumping off your hand, you would've much more momentum to combine the monkey flip with power moves like backflip, flash kick, etc.
Otherwise, nice tut, keep up the great videos. :)

I’d say work out your arms and legs. You don’t know how weak your arms are until you try to do this and they crumple beneath your whole body weight lol. And your legs need to be able to push yourself over.
