"Power outlet" is the common reference for a 120v outlet. This video only covers 12v lighter sockets. I am still looking for the 120v power outlet (inverter) fuse on a 2019 highlander.

Sorry I forgot to include it. Have you checked the 20A yellow fuse in the engine compartment? It is called "INV". I think it's for a 110V AC outlet.

Anyone know about the cigarette lighter on a 2011? The diagram shows it being a fuse that is in the spot of the long tan rectangle in the middle of the box. Is that a mistake or does this tan rectangle contain fuses?
