Thanks so much for this info. I've been listening to your podcast for about a year now. I've completed a sprint last year, next week is an Olympic distance tri, I think I'm prepared!! Next year I intend to participate in a 70.3, there I've said it! So, all that said, your tips and talks do keep me focused on how am I going to train and complete these events. I'm having a lot of fun doing this, I'm 67, and I find all this is keeping me young at heart.
Hiya, wow thank you for this. Have you any advice on someone who lives in a flat area, cares for their partner and finds it difficult to get out to any elevation. I have done five 70.3 and two full outlaw events Thank you
It sounds like it's a real challenge for you, Gareth. I think the two things you can do are 1) use headwind as your friend and push a slightly higher gear at a slightly lower cadence, whenever you get the chance. 2) see if you can plan the time to get yourself out for a couple of rides somewhere with more hills, if you possibly can. But I appreciate that no 2 might be impossible in your situation.
@TeamOxygenaddict thanks so much guys, I've decided to try for a 100k straight through race, as running is doable at this moment in time. Just waiting for a response after an online entry link fubar lol

A final IM Wales recap/ race prep video would be great from a selfish perspective! Great video as always
How do I get the cream on if you can’t get naked in t1
