Does System 1 consume more energy from body or System 2 ?
As per author system 2 is limited and exert more energy whereas system 1 is spontaneous and instinct.

Thanks for pointing out sir. This is our fourth video and we were beginners at that time and it was discussion among friends in meeting room and we upload the recording for those who missed out. In the first year we were closed group within friends discussing so we have used it nee VA Po avan Ivan.
After a year we opened for public and we are carefull on not using singular .
Now we changed the tone to use neenga, avanga, ivanga in our recent videos.
