From Seinfeld Season 6 Episode 4 'The Chinese Woman': George's telephone line crosses with that of a woman named Donna Chang, and everyone seeks her advice when she convinces them that she's Chinese. Kramer's actor is most likely Seinfeld's secret real life brother though. Larry David is jewish so the whole show is anyway.
