The SBG is rubbing off on you. Like button energized.
I’ve always taken my tube buggies seriously 😁
Looks soo good…
Dang it, now I have a new goal.
So nice.
I’ll take it..
We are lucky to have you, thanks for all the inspirations 🔥💙
That cage is absolutely gorgeous
It really is. I love it.
best Vanquish wheel setup ever. nothin beats it. the billet is the cherry on top.
Vanquish should put together a kit of your vehicle . Winner ! Just what I wanted .
This one would be a bit of a pain to work on as a normal consumer but for a custom truck I do think it’s pretty excellent!
Looking great Josh! As others mentioned, this seems to be your most scale build yet. The attention to detail is amazing. Would like to see this style of truck make it to production eventually. It’s the kind of truck I tend to most enjoy driving myself. Not a belly dragging cheater. Not a pristine vintage licensed model, but something that drives well and looks good all-around. Keep it up. Looking forward to the next update.
That animated exploded view at the end is such a massive CAD flex 😂 I love it!
The 3D printed parts of this build, makes me wish that 3D Sunday live streams were still going. I loved to pick your brain on the designing aspect of it
I love love love it. All the design work and details you’re doing are awesome. I would personally like the doors to be orange as well, but everyone has their own taste. Just my OCD talking. Great work. Can’t wait to see the final rendition.
The OG had the black doors, I feel like it’s paying the proper respects 😁
Sick!!
The CG looks stellar 👌
"Now has proved to be that time". Lucky for us! Amazing build, great attention to detail. I can't wait to see this one finished. Nice too, that you can take your time with this and finish it to your standards! 👌
Love the look of this truck. It inspires me to try something similar with the builders bundle Santa brings lol. Might be time to push the envelope of my fab skills.
The truck is lookin good. I'm a big fan of raw aluminum sheet with a bead rolled into it for door panels and such. Y'all have a badass day 🤘🍻🤘
I may do some insert panels like that, but to get some real depth and detail I may carbon mold the frame.
@@HarleyDesignsInc that'll look good and be better for detail fo sho. Lookin forward to seeing how you finish it up
🤘y'all have a badass day🤘🍻🤘
DANG Harley!!!! This is hands down my favorite build of yours!!!! It looks killet!!!!🤘🤘🤘
This is awesome, thank you for sharing. I feel the same way about my Ultra and now I have a Pro on the way 🙂
I love the battery compartment idea! If I may add one design consideration: I might try to put the hinge side in the front. That way if the door happens to open when driving it will drag and not catch on the ground.
This is one my favorite builds you have done!! Great choice
Going to be an awesome truck Josh. Good work Bud.
Looking great Josh! Can't wait to see future episodes of it!
Great builds on both they look stunning 💪🏼💚💪🏼
Some great ideas with the seat! I always love seeing what you come up with next!
Awesome build. I like you doing a walk through to show what goes into something like this.
Love how much design work you put into these trucks. I know you usually choose performance over scale but you seem to be embracing scale detail more and more. Looking at the wheels at the end, since you can see through them, some brake rotors would be cool. And I'm surprised you still don't use a 3D printed version of yourself as a driver for your rigs yet. :)
Definitely my favorite of your builds!!!
I’m thinking it will be my favorite in the end too.
Wonderful build as always, I am amazed by you skills brother keep it up. want to see finish product now ...CAN'T WAIT!!!
You're a madman.
I love it.
Wow that’s amazing, look forward to seeing more progress 👊
So much inspiration! Thanks for sharing your ideas💡I should consider window nets, that fine line between a trail truck and race truck, a want to have prerunner ala’ johnson walley ish
Great design, cool truck
A big oly bronco style wing would be killer
So when is this stuff going to available? Sick ideas Josh waiting to see more as winter comes is a great time for scale builds...great job and very motivating
Love the looks and thought put into this build.
Man, that's going to be a nice truck MATT. How is JOSH these days?? 🤣
Looks soooo good, dude. I have a Phoenix that needs some work and I may use this as inspiration using some other random body I find.
Cool rig Mr.Harley
This is a good looking rig!!!
Your such a Rc nerd but I love it and I'm Jealous 😆 !! Awesome job Josh looks absolutely amazing so far , I love all the attention to detail right down to the seats 👏 👌 💯
Only things I can think of to improve the look is aluminum drop bed side panels and build the fuel filler section (use a vp aluminum filler cap of course) and cargo basket like the real thing. No need for the fuel cell since it was hidden under the basket.
Also do the rear amber lights under the roof and maybe some sort of forged carbon fire extinguisher. Engine wise, have to do the class 1 lower motor oil pan and pully at a minimum. Full engine bay would be sick though.
Almost forgot figuring out somehow to recreate the weld lines from narrowing the body would be awesome.
I’ll take two! 😊
Very cool man.
I dont think I can give any more ideas then what you have already done hahaha.
Such a nice build.
Even the v1 is super nice.
The vs4-10 has become my favorite truck.
Got the origin limited with a half cab, a Phoenix, and now a portal builders kit.
The only truck I have that's not a vs4-10 is my comp build which is ierc. But that will be getting either portals or f10t axles under it soon.
Amazing build.
Can't wait to see it done.
😎👍👍
Great job man looks epic 👍🏻
Would love to see a 2024 version.
We need an update on this after the moon buggy is built!
Josh great job on this build, genius ideas you come up with and keep this Rc industry going. We need to start thinking on little JR HARLEY’s to keep Rc alive. 😂
Hey Josh would it be better to have it open in front of the rear tire and not by the front tire? In case the screw falls out? Badass truck you are building. What ever happened to flip that truck you were doing for awhile? Awesome video josh. Merry Christmas and happy New years to you and your family
Awesome
Thanks for all the details on the woods runner It’s one on my favorites an even more so now that I know the whole story. I have four different builds Iv been working on for a few years that I only work on when it feels just right so I can relate. I really don’t say a lot but I’m always watching. All your videos an sbg as well. Thanks a ton for all your content. I really enjoy watching. See you on Friday night live hopefully before lol
I have a few builds like that too. Feels good to have no schedule. I feel good about this one and have a lot more I plan to try! Thanks for the comment!
GOOD MORNING Harley!! hey can you tell me what 3d programing you use, i am new at printing but useing ultimaker cura, please send me some programs to try, maybe some stl files for rc trucks!!!!! or where i can find them , thank you much!!!!
I would love to buy the build plans for this truck and possibly even try to 3d print the body instead of having a narrowed lexan body.
Looking back at this video, i see, now, alot of ideas that you used in the optic & other newer platforms.
Did this ever get finished? Was there an Ep2? 3?
Great content and it's inspired me to try and design my own 3D printed parts for my Pro. Do you know where I can get the CAD files of the chassis/roller ?
You'll have to measure and draw them yourself. The Files aren't something that are available for download.
I still want my own woodsrunner
BADASS..that is all
There is only one woodsrunner..Ben owns it.
A future release... ripper 2.0...
Humm? Origin, Ultra, Pro, Phoenix, can see a 'Woods Runner' next in the line up? Please!!!
Just starting out what vs model would you recommend. I could never do the stuff you do thanks to Agent Orange so would just want a good crawler not junk i woill have to replace in a couple of months. Thank you
If you're looking for something easy and ready to run, probably the scx10.3 Basecamp. If you want to build a kit and put in your own electronics, any of the vs410 platforms are great. Good deals on their holiday deals section of the vanquish website right now.
ok will go with one VS410
Michael scarn beadlock ring?
WANT!
Are you going to USTE 2023..............👀
That origin limited body 🥵
They’re still available!
😍🤩💥💯👍👏👏👏
not gonna make it a mullet like your pro?
The portal rear? No, no plans on this one for now. Still a possibility one day but doesn’t really need much consideration today.
I expect you would make a buck from your channeled body and vaccuform a new one off body for the level of detail you are using.
If I was going to recreate it at all, it would be carbon. The detail from my machine would never look as good as this one.
@@HarleyDesignsInc carbon body panels sounds awesome. Have moosejaw paint everything and the door panels be the carbon fiber black... perfection
