The audio of this one got a little messed up in the editing and rendering process but it was perfect when I listened to it, so I got the full experience as it was meant to be :)
Weird Fishes is definitely a song that gets better with each listen. Truly loving that you're taking the time to listen through this album. Just wish you would upload more often, I can't wait another week!
This is my favorite song ever. I love seeing people react to listening to radiohead, they really are one of the best. Keep on listening and sharing music
Everyone rates this one somewhere around (or slightly below) the middle of their favorites on this album. Until they go through something, and Ed's backing vocals suddenly feel cathartic when you hear it, and it becomes a top 5 Radiohead track immediately and stays there forever.
Probably heard it a million times by now, but you MUST give the 'live from the basement' a view. You can see them in a studio setting making these amazing songs!
This 4 chord progression is one of the dreamiest I've ever heard. And when you add in a masterful use of tone and melody laced through that progression, it just becomes such an undeniably poignant piece of music. The emotion of it isn't explicit. It's not "clearly sad" or "clearly happy". It sort of traps the listener in this yearning place in between, which makes it actually way more unique.
Looked forward to this reaction. Glad you enjoyed it man, cause I definitely remember the first time I heard it. It has such a hypnotic vibe to it. One of my favorites from Radiohead indeed.
everyone got different view of the song it s very difficult i went on a website and everyone was writting like lonngg text explaining the song ( to them what it s about) so idk really meaning lyrics but i get it a little
@@xertiasstrat8957 Yes, you can make any song mean anything really, but I think this one is pretty obvious even though it uses metaphors to describe a feeling of loneliness in a relationship, eg "Deepest Oean", "Bottom of the sea" followed by "Why should I stay here..." Then there's "Everybody leaves, if they get the chance..." is him trying to rationalise cheating on his partner, followed by "Eaten by the worms..." which is just pure guilt. "Hit the bottom and escape" is finally coming clean. Think of being in a long relationship that's gone stale, but your partner is still a nice person, then meeting someone new who likes you, and you really want to go for it. Then listen to the song again.
This is a great album, I used to wear it out. Nice to revisit it. Recently you were asking about absolute great albums to react to. I would really love to see you go thru the Blood Sugar Sex Magic album by the Red Hot Chili Peppers. They caught lightning in a bottle on that album. All the best songs on it are the ones that didn’t make radio play.
I know it's been said before, but the From the Basement version of this is as good, if not better, than the studio version, plus you get to see them doing magic :)
I think it actually sounds better from the basement but whatever you do if you do a reaction to their album the King Of Limbs make sure you do the basement version its much better live no comparison.
Yeah this has started happening when I render videos and i haven’t figured out a way to make it stop, but it doesn’t give me much confidence in my computer’s wellbeing 😅

That's true... Slowly became my favorite In Rainbows track.
True here too
@@antressa the first time I listened to it, it was my favorite radiohead song lol
@@jneigh727 for me as well
This song took me a few listens to really pull me in. It’s a favourite now.
This tune pretty much passed me by the first few times I heard this album - now it's one of my favourite songs of all time
My favourite Radiohead song. Man... how can you create such a song, such a beauty?

This is quite literally what happened to me
On the first listen the song is already great. But the twist is that it grows on you, so its def top5 radiohead to me.
Probably heard it a million times by now, but you MUST give the 'live from the basement' a view. You can see them in a studio setting making these amazing songs!
It was the Basement versions that made me love those songs, made them some of my favorites of theirs.
Same here
From The Basement has a whole is breathtaking!
I knew you were gonna like this song but guess what it gets better every time
It's true, as is with most Radiohead songs post Kid A/Amnesiac
I very much appreciate this style of reaction video where you let it play and and also don't over react.
Ooh, nice timing on the upload with Radiohead having premiered a concert where they play the entirety of In Rainbows live earlier in the day.

You have to react to the "From The Basement" live version of In rainbow, it's outstanding !!!!
Looked forward to this reaction. Glad you enjoyed it man, cause I definitely remember the first time I heard it. It has such a hypnotic vibe to it. One of my favorites from Radiohead indeed.
Masterpiece of a song! Nice reactions, man! That's how you should react to the music, minimum of pauses, maximum of enjoying
Lol, this song totally enraptured you once the "Eeeds" kicked in, no more pausing after that. xD
Kid A or OK Computer next. And highly suggest Porcupine Tree - Anesthetize after you've caught up with Tool 🤘
A very progressive/contemplative track.
I love this one and all of them sooooooooooo much!
top 5 Radiohead song
This is the 2nd video I’ve watched from you and no dislikes on either one. Awesome
nice timing for a new radio vid on the final few minutes of my shift
2 weeks later and still no dislikes. Bless you
It's about drowning in a stale relationship and feeling guilt for being turned by someone new. He hits the bottom and escapes.
everyone got different view of the song
it s very difficult

Audio from the dvd is 👌🏼
@@WitzyZed DVD of From the Basement? Where? I'll buy 3!
It's the 'I hit the bottom and escape' line.. It's Radiohead's signature song.
Damn. All i need and Rosetta stoned next week. Lets get it!!
Check out the Thom and Jonny debut of this song from 2005 Esther Festival on YT - a poster called WiseReilly put up the best one
Dude, Please for the love of everything holy, check out In rainbows, the basement sessions.
My feeling exactly!

Porcupine Tree! Fear of a Blank Planet!
And think live version is even better... like that one in "from the basement"...

Street Spirit is the greatest Radiohead song, imo. I don't like a lot of their songs but the ones I like are awesome
You mean the most overrated one i guess (after Creep)
@@yannhollister9091 I just think it's their prettiest song

Bro, I would love to see you react to Deftones!
If you haven’t listened to OK Computer, react to that as well
Could you please react to “Daydreaming” by Radiohead 🙏🎂
