Y’know what? I’m going to offset all the negative comments with a positive one. I love the art in the cutscenes/character select screen. It’s more or less the same classic Turtles but brough forward for their now adult audience who maybe would like more than the harmless Saturday morning cartoon look. Also, I was fond of the 2003 cartoon, so I like the voice acting as well... even though I still prefer the corny dialogue and delivery in the original Also, before this game came out I never thought I’d see 3D models of classic Krang or Baxter the Fly in action, and I was not disappointed

2020 Seemed so far away in 1991...now the high-tech 'futuristic' time in 'Neon Night Riders' (such an early 90's name BTW) is only 3 years away...I feel old.
The problem with this game is the 8-way movement and attacks as well as the enemy/trap placement. Big Apple--you can easily duck under Super Krang's laser without worrying about the Foot. Tonfas-From the looks of it, you can just attack from slightly above or below them. Sewers-They made a whole level out of it instead of keeping it as a bonus. They could have also kept Rat King from the SNES as a boss. I could go on and on but having play both games as a kid, I can safely say that TiTR is more of an insult to the original game than a homage.

Turtles in Time Re-Shelled was not good. It suffered from the same problem Metal Gear Solid: The Twin Snakes had - a remake of a classic game that feels completely off. I really hate to be vague, but if you played either game, then you understand what I'm talking about. Watch ScrewAttack's "Top 10 Biggest Busts" and you might understand what I mean.
The music in this game is so forgettable. So forgettable that if there was ever a brief pause, I would have forgotten the music that I just heard. Apparently the soundtrack was never a big deal to the makers of this game.

I just hope that *Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night* lives up expectations better than those two... *TMNT: TiT Reshelled* is probably one reason to call Ubisoft and any of its branches, "Trollbisoft". A company that started out with *Zombi* (The original 1986 game with a premise akin to Dawn of the Dead '78), localized the *Grandia* games and responsible for mega-hits like *Assassin's Creed* sure know how to troll their fans.

I like the arcade version, but the SNES one had more content, like the Techodrome level or Slash, Rat King, Bebop and Rocksteady all as bosses.

So they “stayed true” to the game but decided to completely do away with bebop and rocksteady dressed as pirates and fit perfectly into the PIRATE world? Slash and replaced with some dumb mud monster, put the wolf dog and turtle monster in the pirate world instead as well as do away with the rat king boss fight and just have shredded holo pop out and randomly say I banish you in the SEWERS instead of the first fight in the technodrone...which would’ve made a hell of a lot more sense and my biggest complaint they did away with the bad ass super shredder transformation final boss!? It should be illegal for a company to redo games if they are going to burn it to the ground the way this one did with this remake 🤦🏻♂️

Wow this was absolutely terrible, the only good things were the voice acting (especially Shredder) and the decent graphics. The music, especially the boss music, is quite honestly the biggest offender here, its not even the same boss music from the arcade version much less the superior version from the SNES (yes I'm aware this is based on the arcade version but still). Honestly better off playing the original arcade version or the SNES version (which imo is even better than the arcade version due to more content).
If this trainwreck mixed the arcade version with the SNES version it would at least be slightly better (and way harder, Cement Man AND Slash working together!?)

This is based on the original arcade game, which didn't have Slash, the Technodrome stage, etc.
Apparently Nintendo had a threshold on the license which makes it difficult to obtain compared to the arcade.

Wow this was absolutely terrible, the only good things were the voice acting (especially Shredder) and the decent graphics. The music, especially the boss music, is quite honestly the biggest offender here, its not even the same boss music from the arcade version much less the superior version from the SNES (yes I'm aware this is based on the arcade version but still). Honestly better off playing the original arcade version or the SNES version (which imo is even better than the arcade version due to more content).
If this trainwreck mixed the arcade version with the SNES version it would at least be slightly better (and way harder, Cement Man AND Slash working together!?)

Man, this remake sucks, the graphics are very poor and the music sucks, it's a piece of thrash compared to the original Turtles in Time. Lucky for me I didn't play this shit.
