I just tuned my ZX10RR in aus baseline was 183hp stock everything after woolich tune, arrow 3/4 system sprint air filter im at 194hp, however i only have 250 miles on the motor so ill run it in a bit more then give it another run
Amazing amount of restrictions on Kawasakis at the moment. My H2SXSE had major restrictions until the remap, sh now has 100% throttle when you ask for it and a massive gain of 43hp…203.7hp now, wooohoo😂
@@natedatrucker I’m in the UK and Jordan’s did mine… Massive difference especially in the midrange and slow speeds. As you know, they’re not slow anyway, but the remap makes it even more of a weapon especially at the top end of the rev range👌🏽👍🏽
Ya Chris, I think I would by the cheaper bike and spend the extra money on the mods. Cam filter full pipes wheels tires and so on. I would build it and you tune it to save some money there. Right on great video as always Chris.

Get the r and spend 10 for the track build. Brakes and brake system, gut the pipes, Woolwich kit . Is that 10k yet? Hell yes plus sundry. Adding carbon rims will add cost to both bikes. Woolwich kits for my lady is still a dream. Gotta go get more hours at work.
I have the 2023-ZX-10-RR, it blows away my recent Fireblade-RRR-SP, The Kawasaki is extremely easy to ride fast!!!! Especially when you ditch the electronic steering damper for a manual type!!! But wow is it FAST!!!!!
As much as I love the RR’s of the 5th & 6th generation, I’d rather get the 10R cause there only a few minor differences but a massive difference in price. I ride on the street & the RR is designed mainly for the track & I never go to the track. I still love the RR though 😁

@@Anonymous-jj9yu I think you are right. From the Kawasaki site "Pankl lightweight pistons and high-performance titanium connecting rods". The rods alone are probably close to $2k or more (titanium = big $), pistons 1/2 that maybe. I could be wrong, it's been a few years sense I was racing (around 45 yrs ago) . We used to run double engine bikes just to go mid 8 seconds and now you can buy a bike off the showroom that will run almost that. It's crazy, you kids are lucky.
Sorry if this has been answered elsewhere but has the auto blip/fuel cut issue been fixed recently? I hear adjusting voltages in the QS is an option with Woolich now to address the jumpy down shifts

Why? The H2 is a garbage track bike whereas the RR is built for the track... and the dude bought it specifically for the track... I really don't know why people think the h2 family of bikes are the pinnacle of motorcycles or sport bikes. They're just the fastest in a straight line. They're nowhere close to the best in any other category, except MAYBE sport-touring.

@@juliuscarlopoblete2092 Maybe you don't understand... it is already a flat-plane crank so it is about as light as it can get without risking strength, and it is already balanced feom the factory, so unless you are going to completely SWAP the crank for a STROKER crank, then there is LITERALLY NOTHING YOU CAN DO TO THE FACTORY CRANK TO MAKE IT BETTER, and raising the compression is more stress on the internals AND makes it prone to blowing a head gasket.... so, again, there is ZERO REASON to touch EITHER OF THOSE THINGS unless you just want to create problems for yourself with little to no measurable gain in power. You are literally better off just mapping properly, advancing ignition timing where necessary to burn the extra fuel you're adding, and de-restricting it. Beyond that, you won't get much more measurable power unless you're ready to add displacement, via a stroker crank, a larger cylinder bore, or both.
The RR comes with titanium rods, lightened crank, machined valvetrain, and lightened pistons. It may not be a blueprinted engine like on MotoGP bikes but it's as good as you'll get for street use. I personally would like to see what it could do with race fuel, headers, Monster Energy stickers, etc...
I had a 2006 zx10r and did track days with it , back in 2006 lol and it was the fastest bike on the straights by far and I liked the way it handled , anyway I'd buy the regular zx 10r and get it flashed and save the cash lol track days and tires are expensive lol
I'm not a rich man, but I think $30k for a machine this capable (or even $40k for a Ducati V4S) is an absolute bargain. In an era where you can spend $60k on a Kia (or $600k on a new Ferrari...🙄), these superbikes offer remarkable value
I'm over in the UK purchased a 2022 zx10r performance, has the Akra end can and midpipe, and Mwr airfilter, took it to Mss performance in Colchester UK for an ecu flash, base line run was 178.71 at 13.15 rpm torque was 76.11 at 11.23 After the flash its running 200.32 bhp at 13.62 and 84.33 torque at 11.14 rpm. What a machine !!! Fantastic bike, love watching your chanel 👍
There is a lot of difference on the motor internals that on face value do not seem good value, but if you thrash a 10RR against other bikes it will last far longer due to the better internals. Personally I could not use it or justify it.
The first gen 6 zx10r you flashed made 196 horsepower. It had the full penta carbon exhaust velocity stacks p08 air filter. I thought the rr would’ve made way more for the price…
It's got lighter internals (titanium) for better throttle response, and different head made ready for higher lift race cams. List goes on. This is a bike ready to be turned into full racing machine.
I own a brand new ZX10RR (EU Version) and yes - it was worth spending the extra money for the RR. It’s an amazing bike and the lime green color is awesome. I would like to compare the stock EU-ECU data to the US-ECU but I don’t have the stuff to read it out.
Unless I was competing, I'd get the 10r, overhaul the brakes and suspension, throw some trick parts + paint job at it and spend the leftover money on track days and coaching
Would you guys ever do a KTM Super Duke? Not sure what the software situation is for those. Would be interesting to see what you could do with one of those on the channel

Crank is irrelevant. Whatever it says at the crank take off about 20hp for wheel and even then different bikes are restricted more than others like zx10s which claimed 200 crank but only averages 165ish stock

Knowing the loss between each may encourage you to find ways to diminish the loss. Most of it comes from the chain and wheel.
Only 193.35! My 2018 zx10r se makes more than that! Would highly recommend removing the secondary air intake system and the flapper valve on the intake! These have a different head design over the standard Zx10r that allows it to rev out a further 400rpm in each gear it should be able to make more!
I have a question if I was to acquire a Ducati Panigale V4 R are you able to tune it for more hp tq etc. what would help? Full exhaust or will it be fine with just a muffler upgrade? Would like to know if you can flash that ECU.
My wife thinks a Ducati V4S is 13K and I'm keeping it that way! 😂

The 3 spoke wheels are actually a little lighter on the regular 10R than the forged wheels on the RR… the RR is a sweet bike ❤

The rr was made to homologate changes in the engine that help when it's fully race tuned......so you're better off buying the r and trick it up.

The crank is balanced already, and it's already a high compression engine. There is literally zero reason to touch either of those things.
