Awesome, a small mixup with the charts at the end though. Should be stock : 168 hp. Stock exhuast /w ECU flash : 188hp . Slipon installed: 192hp. Slipon fueling correction 196 hp.
Impressive figures. Stock exh. with flash apparently makes about the same HP as my gen1 ZZR1400 with full exhaust, ECU and filter. Age difference is quite large obviously. Can't remember torque figures out of my head. Should try to find dyno charts. Still, anyway impressive considering displacement difference.

Exactly, i remember in the late 80s we had a 86 GSX-R1100 that a Swiss guy had brought with him when he moved from Switzerland to here in NZ. The Swiss bikes where so restricted that it barely made 70 hp at the wheel! Plus, due to legislation over there, it had a single rectangle headlight in place of the iconic dual round ones everywhere else got.
Dont hesitate just got my ecu back from chris, zx10r is scary fast now, eyes sink into the back of my head on every pull now, cant even pin the throttle anymore! Thank you mm!
Decell fuel cut need to be adjusted on my 1000 y’all did . In 1000 mode if I let off or put fuel to it it will literally try throwing me off the bike it’s dangerous but what a great job they did in my bike I’m so happy just have to bring it back for that little issue. It’s bad I haven’t even ride it in 1000 mode since y’all did the adjustment. I miss 1000 mode. This isn’t a complaint it was there first 2021 R1 experiment on that year of bike . Mine was the first they’ve done on that year . But omg I’m so happy with the rest.. Thank Moore Mafia

You have the best and most informative tuning vids on UA-cam. I drove down to your place in 2021 to have my ZX6R ECU flashed and put 10k miles on the flash with no issues. I ride the Blue Ridge Mountains from Blowing Rock to Asheville every weekend, about 5 hours and 200 miles every Saturday. One of my personal favorite roads is outside your shop, 276N thru Transylvania into Waynesville. NC Blue Ridge has some of the greatest roads and towns in the country and I try to hit everyone of them on the ZX6R every weekend. Lake Lure, Blowing Rock, Chimney Rock, Little Switzerland, Morganton, Marion, Brevard, Waynesville, Belmont, Asheville, Hendersonville, and the list goes on. So when are you going to become a Kawasaki dealership?
It’s a year old video, love the channel I bought a leftover 2023 Matt gray/black ZX14r , just got done putting on the R77 yoshiurma racing exhaust, long story short, I got a run around. It is being tuned for driving, but no reflash of the ecu. The zx14 is really restricted, I need to send my ecu out.
Those Zx10 are making some power, Insane hp gain to $$$ spent ratio...nice job Chris. That damn popping though 👎 gonna destroy the exhaust packing real quick...lol... not good especially if you have a carbon fiber can.

I have a 2022 Ninja 1000SX I bought brand new last spring, installed a full Arrow exhaust system and rode it last summer with the stock tune and after watching quite a few of your videos Chris I can definitely tell where the restrictions are and falls flat on its face at 10k rpm, just where it starts to sound good lol... I am 100% sending in my ecu this spring to get that sweet flashing goodness from you. I can't wait!

I have the same bike (black). Did a mid-pipe link (cat delete) and left the stock muffler. Has the perfect amount of pops and crackles without being too obnoxious. Would love to get an air filter... but haven't found anything specifically for the 2023 ZX10R. Chris talks about a "Sprint" in this video... but no links to the product!! GRR

So you can put a slip on with a mid pipe, air filter, get some tune, and still have money left over rather than getting the s1k completely stock. That's why i said the probably the best SS you can buy right now
@@TheRealBhuado S1K is not 27k lol. If you ordered every damn M carbon accessory or part, sure you can get it there, but base price is 17-18k. So same or cheaper than a ZX10 actually. Probably cheaper OTD seeing as BMW’s typically have no additional dealer fees and the freight & setup are included in the total msrp. I got mine new, loaded, for 22k OTD back in 21. If you can afford a 19k motorcycle, you can afford a 27k motorcycle. Your comment didnt say “best bang for buck sports bike on the market”, it said “best out of the box sports bike in the market.” Which in my opinion, it is not. But you said it yourself, you are a kawasaki fanboy. Don’t get me wrong, I think the ZX10R is a great bike, there really isn’t a bad liter bike in the segment I’d say. Just would not even be close to my first choice. Just my opinion.

A retainer broke and trashed #1 piston so I got it torn down and already have all new piston rings and cylinder head with valves just waiting for updated retainers and trying to sneak a new cam into the budget but would it change anything if I sent my ecu in now??
Did you get retainers from the Gen. 3 ZX10R? If it's tore down, you should get a Cometic .045 HG and also upgrade to the Gen. 3 Valve Springs also. The Gen. 3 Intake Cam will run you maybe $50 to $100.
@@bacchusthompson5834 I got new used cylinder head for 06 but brought new valves and 08 retainers and 1 new piston and all new rings. I looked for months for a 08 intake cam without any luck so I'm saving for new 08 intake cam.
@@steelcitycaprice.899 if it's in your budget, do a velocity port on the intake side... Then a good tune and have the Limiter raised to 13,600 or so. Get the Cams degreed to 108/104 or 110/108, you'll be happy
My 06 made 150whp stock and with cams/blockoff/pc3r/full muzzy m10 system etc it made 10hp/10ftlb the whole way under the curve. They are plenty fast man you can top them out gear limited around 200mph.

My gtr1400 was absolutely horrible with fuel decelerate, it was like hitting the kill button when rolling off. Steve at shouldaben engineering reflashed the ecu... Totally different bike.. Cracking video...

Damn what it made completely stock was what my 06'ZX10 made with a PC3 tune, yoshi headers and K&N filter (165whp/78wtq)
Such a different power curve, crazy.
From fast but peaky and falling on its face to pulling like a methed out banshee to redline.
I would assume at high speed, the ram air effect would give a few more horsepower.
May have to take the trip from maryland down there to have my bike dynoed.

I want to send my ecu to you to tune it specifically I wish I could bring the whole bike to you to dyno. I got the full evolution akrapovic system and wanted to dial everything in and get rid of some of the silly ecu presets and restrictions
