Thx so much gf! Believe me I’m definitely slowing my roll until I feel better! I’m over it but feeling a little improvement so I’m grateful! I’ve got more ideas than energy right now! 🤣 Big hugs 💜💙💖
A tip: I saw a jeweler use wire this way: she took out the right amount of tape, removed the back and left it with the sticky side up. Then she lay down the wire on top of the tape, not all the way up, because she rolled the top of the tape over the wire so it was stuck there. Then she wrapped the stone, the wire was already imbedded in the tape and it was very easy to get that look you want but without any air or openings and it was only one operation.
Yup I’ve tried that technique too but found it way more difficult to do both actions together because getting a great tape application is the most important part IMO! Have you tried it? Thx though as I’m always looking for Tips & Tricks 🤣 I appreciate your interest & support! 🙏😊💜
You should definitely give it a try! Personally I’d think it might be more difficult to get it formed correctly around the stone, especially curves but I haven’t personally tried it or seen anyone else try it! Maybe if it was hammered lightly but then the wire would be work hardened & stiffer! Hmmmm, interesting tho! Thx for your question! I appreciate your support! 🙏😊💜
Karen I love the green square one. It’s beautiful.. ❤❤ Hope all is well either way you.
Thx my friend! Seraphinite is so lovely & I’m going to be making a video to show a nice accompanying necklace for it! I appreciate you! 🙏😊💚
