I love the ship look. But blocking off the bottom hatch to that cockpit, and not utilizing the stairs is sacrilegious. I’ll find a way to keep the look but utilize that awesome cockpit for what it’s meant to be
I just took out that 1x1 and the front landing gear (all the ones around it are landing gears anyway) and put in a 2x1 and moved the docker just closer to the cockpit. I like to board other ships and this way on my return I don't have to run all through the ship to get back to the cockpit. It's out the door and up the stairs. Leaving and returning to the ship via the ramp is so much easier too. Other than that, a great build. The engines have a nice sound to them when accelerating.
On the bottom layer, swap the four modules in around so the landing bay opens to the 1x1 which will then feed into the bottom of the cockpit and then you get to the rest of the ship via the cockpit.
jsut built this, used the Ares Bridge, was able to add a polo 2030 cargo under the bridge and cap it off with a deimos belly, also replaced the rear deimos belly with a 10t hauler, and switched the engines to 4 sal-6830s, put 4 deimos brake engines in the front to fill the gap the Ares bridge created. getting 98 mobility and 4345 cargo .. Nice ship!
You have the best build presentation technique I have ever seen on UA-cam. Clean, clear and easy to follow, unlike many who build at such speed you can barely tell what they are doing. Keep up the good work!
Man, your videos have helped me so much. I had no idea what I was doing the first time I tried building ships, but simply watching these and slowly learning more about the mechanics helped me build my own. I am no pro, but it is a fun way to kill a few hours. I also love all your little sayings like "looking good looking good" and "lovely jovely." Love the channel dude!
@@GabeHeron omg 16 weapons on one plate homie really said I want “one” gun that does it all lmaoooooo, it’s nice I’m not the first one to figure out how to get those big engines and grab drives into one 2x2 block lol
I built a ship very very similar to this. Having not seen your channel I can appreciate the design . The Bridge being the way it is really helps navigation.
I use the top door as the access to the captain hab and use two corridor/tunnel from hopetech below (preventing stairs to the hab) and connects neatly to the rest of the ship
Funny. I ended up with a similar aesthetic build but believe it's a bit improved on. I utilize the staircase, and and there is only 1 stairwell on the 2nd floor to the 3rd. Bottom floor(entered from forward facing bay with up ladder" has my medical bay and workshop. 2nd floor is mostly living Habs, so center is an all purpose, then I have passageway to the wings. In the wings I have captains quarters and armory on one side, and crew Habs on the other with a docking bay on side with crew Habs. 3rd(top) floor is mess hall and battlestations(only part you need a ladder to get to). But I use 6 of the 2 power engines for max maneuverability and speed. Outward appearance isn't far off, though more gap between body and wings. Also have 7200 base storage, with plenty of room to exchange parts for more and stay visually pleasing. Fuel, Gen, and grav drive all hidden fairly well. Just odd that I went looking for other builds for inspiration and found an almost identical build. Even same hiding places for said fuel and drives. Built it off the keplar(bigger one), and only upgrades outside engines is better generator and added 4 missile pods, weapons still same. But completely redesigned from ground up besides that, and dropped the excessive fuel down to 2 pods(800fuel)
I love your ideas. The one thing I would ask (this question applies to several of your videos actually) is why you usually chose to remove all the bathrooms by replacing them with windows? I would have thought having at least one bathroom for the crew would add to any rp immersion in the design of the ship? I realize it's a flaw in the ship building system, in that windows remove whatever interior features exist in the location where windows are placed. Just wondered what your reasoning was.
They really needed a simple interior view when building so you could see what get replaced or how door are placed. Also you should be able to select when and were a door/ladder is.
Are you still doing fan builds? I’ve been watching your stuff since you began those and have always wondered how to get to your discord to join the fun!

Nice ship, mobility could be 100 with some better engines. I’ve watched a lot of build videos and this one was by far the smoothest and easy to understand
Just tried building this ship. Had to do a few things differently as I'm under level 20 I think. Bit less cargo. And missing a couple of the pieces such as the cockpit and the big cargo. Still has mobility 90 and 140 top speed if I could fill my engine bars Built it out of a va-ruun hym which gave me the side exit landing bay and a lot of stroud ekland pieces
Hey Curtis and team. Noob question, and it's been asked before I'm sure. How do I upload my Vid of my ship to Curtis's Discord? I've joined etc, but keeps saying I don't have permission. Thanks to all in advance!
My question is HOW LONG did it take to build up 93 Billion + credits? Because I have like 50+ hours and I sell everything except Gold and Lt Blue weapons and I barely have 350k credits…..
Great build video, thanks for sharing your time.👍 Looks real close to the ship I ended up building, I love my no ladders. 🤨I like how some of the components are placed.😮💨I may have to redesign a little now.😁

Builds are sick bro. Been loving your content
I've just built this and added a couple of bits of personal flavor and man oh man it's a monster!
Such a waste not using the cockpit lower door, but it is a nice looking ship
where is this build being done? even though I am well bove level 60, I am not seeing some of these parts in my builder
Idk if anyone has found this out or even tried, but you can use the drop-down glitch to make any reactor and grave drive of any size as one piece

With ship building is you can get totally lost in it and spend hours building and tweaking your ships and i love it

Nice video. I would have liked you to summarize the stats of the ship somewhere, preferably after the intro and before the build.
I'm lost on that duplication glitch. Is there a video that goes over it a bit slower?
my dude has 2 stairs in the cockpit but he choose the ladder and preferred the long way to the cockpit, what a legend
I can’t stand how they didn’t use the bottom door of that cockpit. That’s what makes that hard to blend cockpit worth it

Is the flip glitch not possible on pc?

Yes the Neutron Star, it was shown on sub Sunday last week 😊

will it land and fit on a small landing pad?

so what happens when this drop down glitch gets patched out?
Nice job.

How do you have more Equip Power than your reactor provides?? Anytime I go above 40 equip power I am not allowed
Are all the ship parts from the same vendor?
New to starfield…

The best builds cannot be shared because then everyone can build them 🎉
this looks extremely similar to my ship
Theirs not enough stuff on the sides closer to the cockpit it's the only thing I'd change

how do you have so many credits?
Cheat console commands
I revamped this with Class M parts and I have to say 👌 would have preferred no ladders but beggars can't be choosers
Dude sometimes the build is the less important of your vids. Sometimes is the music the thing that keeps me watching XD
You know, I feel exactly the same! White Bat Audio is just
I've built a much sleeker 4260t ship with almost 7000 cargo, 100 mobility.
The door being blocked ruins the whole point of using that Cockpit☠️
Great build video, thanks for sharing your time.👍
Looks real close to the ship I ended up building, I love my no ladders.
🤨I like how some of the components are placed.😮💨I may have to redesign a little now.😁
Unfortunately, 79 mobility and 130 top speed with only 2200 cargo is not impressive. The ship however, does look amazing.
nah i'll stay with a 20t cargo version of the Karini
Looks like the ship I built, but I managed higher mobility and cargo space.
Would be nice to see you feature designs that DON'T use the drop-down glitch. They do exist.
Okay, but with no Cargo space, it's not gonna get any use.
$969M credits!!!
Instead of saying "grab these two last parts" you should really name the parts. It would be so much more helpful.
A waste of a 2 story bridge. I thinks the 2 story bridge is best used to eliminate ladders between the first and second floor.
No sir I do NOT NEED that ship. Way too big for me. I have a crew of two with no need for something that big.
My ship is way better then this green horn work
How you have that much credits 🥲🥲
