Awesome. It will probably be quite a bit more expensive than building it from the Prophecy III, but spacers will have a good reason to fear you, lol. If I was building it from a different ship and I didn't already have the class c reactor that makes 37 power, I would probably go with the Pinch-8Z reactor or the SF-40 sheared flow reactor so I could take advantage of the 3 additional power.
The engines look like the tear drop lights on the sport version of the Hyundai genesis very cool oh keep building ships your good at it and thanks for the inspiration
I just wish there was more to do while in the ship. Feels like this game is missing an entire leg of gameplay, flying through interesting locals in my spaceship. Awesome ship BTW! Smuggling is definitely the most fun to have in the spaceship.
@@allensproject I was hoping for nebula or the rings of gas giants. Something more in line with the space travel from Freelancer. Space exploration or situations that required the use of objects in space to gain an advantage or would cause disadvantages. Disabling ships and docking is cool though.
@@mrspaceman2764 that would be awesome. I have tried to use asteroids as cover when outnumbered, but it doesn't work that well because asteroids don't have much health and the enemies will shoot right through them in a few seconds. It's a bit disappointing when you do an ace maneuver to slip behind one and they just blast it lol... But they did help me defeating the higher tiers of the vanguard flight simulator. There are some nebula like areas (ex: above masda III, I think) but they don't do much other than shock your ship's shields. Not sure that they really count as nebulas on account of how small they are, though... I guess they are just space thunderstorms.
There is ONE ballistic weapon I find worthwhile. The Vanguard Hellfire Autocannons. They only cost 2 power and do 20 hull damage. So you can run 6 of them on a single ship. Toss the Vanguard Obliterator Autoprojectors as well and you're running a weapons setup that melts anything that gets within 3km for only 2/3 of the maximum possible power allotment for weapons.
Yeah that's probably the best ballistic weapon. Especially since you can buy it at any level, as long as you join the vanguard... There are only 2 ballistic weapons that do more damage per second to hulls than the best particle weapons can do per second to hulls according to the user interface fire rate and damage data. One is the Vanguard Hellfire Autocannon and the other is the Jishaku AlNiCo RF Rapid Railgun. The former does more dps and the latter has more range. The UI is slightly inaccurate in regards to fire rate, though, so my calculations may not take into account those inaccuracies. The problem is they have less range than auto particle beams and are far worse against shields. But they are ok if you use them in their ideal situation... Auto particle beams are just so good in all aspects that they are hard to resist, and it almost makes it not worth adding perk points to ballistics. I was actually planning on creating a ship specially for low level players on a budget, and in that case the Vanguard Hellfire really shines. It's dirt cheap, even for 6 of them.
Did you use the same exact habs as I did? Different interior and exterior styles can change where ladders appear. I built this twice on PC and I never got any extra ladders (built once to design it and once more to make the video). I can't say for sure if there are any differences on console vs. PC.
No. I didn't use any mods when building this ship or filming this video. I like mods though. I even made a few myself (my Nexus username is the same as on UA-cam), but I don't use them in videos because I want my videos to be useful to as many people as possible.
The weapon stats that show in the ship stats are affected by the perks that your character has. For the shield/reactor/cargo I listed the values that the ship would have if I didn't have perks with an asterisk, but I didn't do that for the weapons because the numbers aren't particularly useful anyways - they only display damage per salvo which is probably not as important as damage per second. The final weapons for the ship, if you don't care about budget are: 3x Obliterator 250mev auto alpha beams 4x ce-59 missile launchers 3x Obliterator 250mev alpha turrets So that weapon load out + all relevant perks should get you to the same numbers that I have.

I am definitely changing my Razorleaf into this. You are officially a life-saver.

I agree. Let me fly over the spacer's outpost and blast away at it with my ship before I land haha.

This game would have been so good if Bethesda didn't make this.

Nice ship, good build but I have ladders in 3 places, 4 if you include the one mentioned.

Great video, this is probably a dumb question but is there much difference between prophecy 2 & 3 coz im level 61 and can only find the 2's 😅

Who do you have on your ship? Because I have access to all these weapons, but my numbers are totally lower than yours.
