Hello, I love your podcast. Your attitude is so refreshing. I love your knitting. I’m a Pilates teacher and a knitter and both those activities have saved me during our pandemic. Unlike you, who started knitting early, I’m 72 and didn’t start knitting until I was 64. I’m going to watch all your episodes! Thank you!

Hi there. I just found your channel and I’m binge watching all your vlogs. Your makes are beautiful. I’m from the northern part of Canada. My neighbour is from Switzerland and she got me interested in knitting. She has her own sheep and sells her own yarn. I would say it’s rustic yarn. It felts very well and is so nice and warm. I’m inspired by your rustic socks you made.

I love the things that you knit... and I like knitting tiny... using big needles to me is to bulky...I have recently gotten back into knitting and using smaller needles....as I get older I have more patience...65 now and been knitting for 50 years and Crocheting for 53 years. I can't get enough of needlework, I even taught myself bobbinlace

Inga, you are such a lovely person! I really like to watch your podcasts. I started knitting two years ago after a car accident. I've never was drawn into such things, but after that I needed some calming things to do. It's funny because I've first saw you on instagram and you gave me so much Inspirations, what you can do if you able to knit by yourself. Now I'm watching game of thrones again because I don't know what to watch when I've got days off (if I don't watch your podcasts)

Just found your podcast, and I already love it. Your sweater and socks are very beautiful.😍 As I live in The Netherlands I have visited Stephen & Penelope several times already, it is a great shop with beautiful brands of yarn and accessories for knitting.
And how nice that you started sewing. Your bags are great first projects. I sew too, it is so much fun once you know how everything works.
You will be so proud when your blanket is finished.😂
    Have a nice day.🙋🏼‍♀️

    Hi Inga,
I think you will find info for the sweater you are knitting on Arne & Carlos here on youtube. Look for the one
about steeking , don't know if the spelling is correct, but you knit in the round all the way up to the shoulders.
Then you use a sewing machine and sew down the middle then cut between the two rows of sewing if you
want a cardigan then around the neck line and cut that and again for the arm holes for the sleeves I think. Any way check out their videos and they show you step by step.
    Thank you for your videos!
    Sandie

Hi Inga, I just discovered your Podcast and started with episode 1. I think that started out great and I like your knitting projects. Sewing straight lines is a bit tricky when you start sewing but I promise it gets better very quickly. If you want to practice you could draw lines on a sheet of paper and sew trough the paper. That way you will get used to the speed of the machine quickly without cutting into fabric.

Hi! I love your first episode. About the chestnut - you can knit with steek even when decreasing just keep the steek stitches there. My friend knit the chestnut in the round and she did flat only the very top of shoulders (there are some shortrows I think) and the sleeve caps. You can find her project here www.ravelry.com/projects/Vevka/chestnut

Hehe! Im doing rotations as a part of my specialization as a doctor, for 6 months we have to work in the districts as a family doctor before we can apply for different specislities such as surgery, obgyn, oncology, pediatrics, internal med etc🤗 i feel really blessed to be in such a beautiful place even though its very remote🌚 i think places like this is always hiring since people have a tendancy to move away from rather then too these places😉depends on what line of work you have in mind😎❤️

Oh you are too cute! Just practice your sewing, and you will get there. I learned in school and I found just following simple tutorials teaches you how to sew. Noodle head has a couple of free sewing tutorials for knitting bags/pouches that I find to be very instructive with step by step instructions. I also know that Tilly and the buttons focuses on beginners with great step by step instructions if you ever get to sewing clothes. Charm patterns is the next step, as Gertie takes you through making advanced patterns, still with really amazing tutorials. Check them out. /Sandra

      - Continue knitting your WIP body colourwork to the arms, knit the sleaves cuff up and join (later finish the under arms with kitchener stitch) before finishing the neckline.
You can take a look at (www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/ausable-3) and mash the arm section of it together with your WIP colourwork pattern - I think it should work for you, or at the very least it would get it off the needles!

Loved the content and your smily struggle face but I really struggled with how quiet the recording is.
