Hi Sam, Im also a contractor from Belgium for almost 20 years, We have high building standards here.

Belgian language is mainly Flemisch or French or little bit German
I'm from Belgium. We have two main languages Dutch (Vlaams) and French. German is also spoken here by 2% of the population.

That’s a damn fine question. These guys are construction experts I think and less land brokers. Obviously land comes with its own complexities.
