Let's talk internet. I saw a router at the entrance in the first condo. What is it? Fiber? What's the speed? Is it just wifi or cabled connection? It'd be cool if you could give some info about the internet. Some condos are interesting, but, if internet is not fast (fiber) and reliable, it's useless for most who maybe need it for work. I'm planning to move but it's difficult to have some real info about the internet. I just found out that many fiber providers ask you for a minimum 2y contract. So, not possible for people with tourist visa who maybe need to change condo, leave for a while, border runs and so on... bloody visas!!! Well, if you can tell more about the internet you can have in these condos it'd be nice, thanks.

If I were to ex pat it in Pattaya, I would be looking for a pool villa on either the dark side or Jomptien side. Budget in the 30,000 to 45,000 baht range on a 1 year lease. You don't have to go out of your way, but if you do more housing options that would be one idea.

wow looks the same as it was in 2021, amazing hotel even the rates are the same almost. The pool does attract lots of girls to get pics for their gram lol. Very good hotel but yes you will need your own bike as grab/bolt takes time to reach on most occasions at this location.

Solid video. It’s good to have actual updated rates as well. Interesting that they offer the payment plan for what is actually a pretty decent price Last place is same price as a hotel with added room service.
