Just left wrestling training at my gym and hit this during every live round, sometimes more than once. I heard "not this shit again" and "that kimura counter was nice" thanks to you. Love your videos!

Can you use this defence against a wrestler when he shoots low?

This is so nice. i tried it tonight and ended up stuck in a rear bodylock. Came back and watched this to see what my mistake was, and in the first five seconds saw that I missed controlling the inside wrist 🤦‍♂️ Can't wait to try it again!

good video. whats the play if theydont put your leg between theirs?. i find high level wrestlers often dont do this as is taught in most bjj schools, most guys grab 1 at ankle and 1 at the knee and pull it acrosstheir body, like they were half way to your back. in this situation do you simply try to re-weave that leg into the center between theirs? because once they tree top that leg and get height its over from my experience

Whizzer and control far elbow, pressure in to weight the leg and make it harder to lift high. Either sprawl it back or convert to inside trip, ouchi or kouchi 👍🏼
