I'm on Humira for 3 years now (for ankylosing spondylitis) and recently I had an infectious episode due to some meds combined with recent administration of Humira. I took it for about 10 years, beginning as a study subject for subcutaneous injection approval. It was amazing. However, I recently started having low white blood cell counts and no longer take it.
I am suppose to start this medicine for my psoriasis. I don’t know if I should do it. It’s in my fridge right now. If it’s used for all those other things i am not smart enough to know why or how it will help with psoriasis. Another thing to consider if it’s worth taking for clear skin when some people are taking for painful issues. Let me know what guys think. Thank you.
Mine arrived 5 days ago & has been sitting in the fridge too! I pretty much have talked my self out of it. Like you said if its just for clear skin or something major & mine is not life threatening thank GOD. Good luck friend

I’m really sorry to hear that you’re not experiencing relief after restarting imraldi. It can be frustrating when treatments don’t work as expected. Have you had a chance to talk to your doctor about your concerns?
@rheumatologistoncall yes today in fact with my rheumatologist...said it can take up to 4 months...gave me a steroid injection into the knee joint and aspirated 15ml fluid.. Thanks

I’m taking Orencia now, but I have modified my diet. Red meat and processed food seems to coincide with flare ups.
